I am thrilled to say Uniqlo is one of my favourite stores. This was my first time actually shopping here. It was the day of the kaws release. Me and my sister came one hour early and waited for store to open so we can be one of the first customers and we were. Staff was amazing and they were so helpful because there was some things I needed help with and they helped me out really fast. I honestly would take customer service is amazing here. Everything was so neat and tidy and stocked up! I absolutely love my purchase and I will definitely be coming here more often now!

This is a big Uniqlo. They might not have the latest items that I saw at the one at Eaton Centre Downtown Toronto, but I do not mind at all. It was so spacious and on the same floor, so I enjoyed browsing around and checking out different products. I admired the small exhibits they had to explain how recycling was done at Uniqlo. I wanted to buy a tee for my husband but was hesitant as I was not entirely sure if that would fit. I saw a male sales whose size seemed similar to my husband. He taught me what part of the tee to look at and he thought it would fit him and expected it would suit my husband as well. It turned out he was right, so I wanted to say thank you to him!

It was interesting to use their self check out. You only need to put everything into the “hole” and all items could be scanned at once! How efficient!

I’m between sizes of a dress and struggling which one should I get. Josie was super helpful. I know it was a bit too much to ask cos she was kinda busy….. I tried both sizes on and let her professionalism lead the way. I’m happy with my purchase. Thank you Josie.

They placed an ad at the entrance, saying purchases of $75 or more would get an Heattech undershirt. Because of this, we came in and made a qualified purchase yet when it came to the promotion, they said no size M was available. This happened although I had checked with them about availability prior the purchase - and they had said nothing about its being unavailable. I still went on with the purchase as I had spent time picking it but was very disappointed with the lady in charge of the promotion, who was very dismissive during my questions about the promotion and after that.

Bright and airy. Love their high ceiling and great lighting.

Prices are fair, lots of various sizes. Lots of spring and summer attire. Love their women's clothing that are made with natural fabrics such as cotton and linen.

Wish I had more time to try on their clothes.

Great selection of winter wear!
Checkout service is a tad bit slow, or so I thought! The self checkout technology is years ahead of us! Most fascinating thing I’ve seen in years- Otherwise, price wise, quite a decent selection!
