I think it’s a chain store. They are friendly to take a return that was sold by banff Unltd store. Quite convenient for travelers.

3 years ago I bought a pair of boots here and I was completely sized wrong. I normally wear size 8 shoes but they insisted I try on only size 7 snowboard boots. I wasn't allowed to return the pair I bought because they made my feet numb to the tune of $360! Not impressed at all with the expertise assumed of the staff.
