I always have a wonderful shopping experience at Urban Barn Colossus! Anna and Frank are amazing—so helpful, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond to assist with my shopping needs. Their eye for style and attention to detail make finding the perfect pieces so much easier. The store itself has a fantastic selection and the store layout is always so beautiful and esay to navigate through. I highly recommend Urban Barn, especially with such great staff to help along the way!

I shop at the Colossus location frequently and the sales person I dealt with went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. Frank took his time and explained the products Urban Barn had to offer. What an exceptional sales person.

The service at this location is exceptional. My one star review is based on the quality of the products. Purchased two night stands and a dresser that took two months to arrive (which was way past the initial date we were told). Before purchasing these items, we went to the store to check the quality etc. we were happy with what we saw.
We finally received the items yesterday and were so disappointed. Every single item has damage or a defect. Veneer and wood peeling off, draws struggling to open and close and rubbing against the wood creating more damage, and one of my night stands has what looks like paint splatter in a slightly differently colour. The quality is terrible, especially for the price.
We are now in contact with customer service to return these items and get a refund. There is no sense in exchanging and wasting another two months to have receive the same low quality.

I think Clooney collection is the best line you ever had. I love my drapes, pillows etc. However, I am sooooo disappointed that you are reducing colors and selection of the best collection. Why do you do that? PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!!

Buyer beware - their returns, customer service after the sale, and price adjustment policy is completely unacceptable. This seems to be a growing trend here in the reviews, but yes, the employees here are great, BUT the head office team who handle returns operate in a very rude manner that should be addressed.

They did not live up to their promise that they would adjust the price if they go on sale and it's been only 72 hours since our purchase.

Their "policy" is completely different from what the store associate told us. "That's just the way the system works" is a phrase that's on repeat with Urban Barn. They need to fix this ASAP. Be careful until then. Their current policies are horrible.

Ordered a lamp from this location, it took well over a month to come which was originally supposed to be less than 2 weeks it's what I was told. I ended up having to take the floor model but the shade was dirty. Once the new one came in thank god we opened it in the store the shade was even worse than the floor model one. Ana however was more than amazing helping me out with this but disappointed that I was never offered a discount at any point for this. She was wonderful tho and very attentive. I'm not sure but this company as a whole has made too many changes that are not conducive with today's shopping experiences. Example most things must be ordered and they take forever, they also have restocking fee when you return something ordered in store or online unless it's accessories. You cannot connect with anyone regarding any issues at customer service it's only through email and a response takes days. They're barely a 2 star rating based on the difficulty of it all.
