The staff here are very rude. They call customers thieves and don't even apologize. They are racist and when talking to a cashier another cashier took over the cash counter and don't ever told us and started attending other customers.when we told her that we're not finished talking then she told us that go on side talk to the cashier we were talking before.The experience is so unpleasant that Don't want to go back there again.

Great in-store, be prepared for an hour too 3 hour wait for 3 too 5 hour delivery, bad delivery schedules, ordered at 925 delivery ends at 10, bad search engine, you type in ceaser and it says search not found.. great store going in though

Great selection and well laid out! It was a bit hard to find, even with maps though. It is kind of hidden away on the side of a building and if you come from the wrong direction it isn't visible until you've almost passed it.

I've been out of Moose Jaw for a few months. I was expecting to walk into the Chiller's Off-Sale, and boy was I pleasantly surprised! Urban Cellars is very impressive. They have done incredible upgrades and the place looks fabulous with a giant selection of everything. Very helpful staff as well!
