Some of the nicest, most patient people in the industry. Went there for a sled pre-season, along with a whole list of extra stuff to work on and install and Michelle took the time to make sure it ALL got on the work order, Nick recommended a different track than I had in mind and explained the benefits (and it ended up being a bit cheaper). They even let me leave my trailer with them since they had the space in their yard. Please support these guys!

Absolute let down and the owner needs to not attack his customers when they ask simple questions to understand his ridiculous price quotes. Brought a sled in to figure out why it wouldn’t start. Turns out it was a fuse which his tech said he looked at first so that should have been the end of this story. Not two hours charge Which I was charged $300 dollers for. I was then told the inflated price was because they had to look into everything else that could use fixing which would have been another 1500 dollars. When I asked him to give me a break on the $300 fuse change the owner freaked out and started yelling and calling the sled a POS? He ended up giving me a $50 dollar break but then Refused to do the rest of the work he quoted so then I had to load it up and take it to a good dealership. Just zero people skills swearing and yelling at me with my daughter standing beside me.

First off they have 2 dogs that I could have played with all day!

They were super helpful and got me what I needed. When I asked about a service required message. Rather than trying to upsell me on service I likely didn't need they gave me different directions.

I was really impressed with them. I will certainly go back for any sea-doo issues I have.

Had my skidoo track changed and they informed me of other things that needed maintenance and gave me good pricing on getting it all done even did a couple things free and got some deals. Will be working with them again, Nick was especially helpful.

Went in to pick our jetski. They're great getting you all of the info. you need to safely get it out on the lake!!! Great staff, very friendly. Love all the dogs too.

We have been off-road enthusiasts since the early 80's from bikes, sleds, quads and boats. A few years back switched everything to BRP and dealing with Uxbridge Powersports is a true pleasure from sales to service. Can't say enough about the Tech's. Eric is very thorough and have been running our Outlanders and Renegades without any issues since they took them over. Nick is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to machine mod's to get the best experience possible. Truly a rare find these days.

I have limited experience personally but any time I have went to see them for parts they are top notch and have good inventory levels.
Many others I have encountered that do use them for maintenance and repair work highly recommend them. It’s refreshing to find good dealers nearby to help on the good days and the times when things aren’t working right.
