I went to uxbridge shoe store to get my daughter some walking shoes and I was happy with the great selection to choose from! The customer service was amazing, they measured my daughter’s foot for me and helped me try it on her and made me feel no stress when my daughter was having a tantrum trying on her shoes! I’ll definitely be going back!

It is not just the customer service that is great. But John’s ability and knowledge in assessing the best footwear needed for your feet and gait. In the past, I’ve always gone to a sport chek type store and asked what they have in my size and settled for whatever was close enough. John actually took the time to measure my foot and how I walk and showed me I was asking for the wrong size for many years. I ended up choosing the first pair that John chose for me and they are great.

I cannot overstate what a delightful experience it is to be served by John at Uxbridge Shoes: 1.) He know shoes; 2.) He knows feet; 3.) He carries only the best brands; 4.) He treats all customers with respect acknowledging new arrivals and getting them started but ensuring customers already being served are not ignored; 5.) His prices are fair; 6.) He is just a wonderful, warm human being.

We have to drive for 45 minutes to get to John's store in Uxbridge. It is a small price to pay for his service!

What a wonderful experience in this shop! My son has larger feet & often we can’t find shoes for him. Not only did we end up with a comfy, proper pair of shoes - but they watched his gait to see how he walked, to help in choosing a pair of shoes. We won’t go anywhere else now! Thank you for making my son feel comfortable in your store.
