I had the most amazing experience at Valencienne! When I first came into their store, I told them my vision and Erin and her team knew exactly what I was going for. They have stunning laces and fabrics to choose from. They are experts but also so supportive and radiate positive energy. Erin, Olivia, and her team are with you every step of the way to make sure you feel amazing. They customized a beautiful bolero and veil to my dress. I received so many compliments and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. I highly recommend Valencienne!

I can’t say enough great things about Valencienne Bridal! I first visited hoping to design a custom gown for my wedding, but ended up purchasing a dress and having them alter it to match my exact vision. They did such an incredible job that I brought them three different dresses for different events during my wedding weekend—and they completely transformed each one.
The attention to detail was amazing, and the dresses turned out even better than I imagined. The whole team made me feel like family from the moment I walked in. Erin, the owner, is an absolute sweetheart—so warm, encouraging, and made me feel confident from our very first conversation. The head seamstress understood exactly what I wanted without needing me to explain twice—she just got it.

There is so much I could say about the team at Valencienne, a truly talented group who I've come to know as friends.

These ladies were like my fairy godmothers throughout the entire process. I truly don't know what I would have done without their expertise and support.

I first came to Valencienne in Spring 2023 after no luck finding anything I liked in stores. What I loved about our consultation was how the focus on how I wanted to feel was just as important as how I wanted to look in my dress. I felt a huge weight lifted from me, and knew I wouldn't have any "dress regret".

Everything was going smoothly with the dressmaking process (of which we were about 60% complete) when I found out I was pregnant, and would be about 7.5 months along on my wedding day. Naturally, this was a huge deal and my dress was my biggest concern, but Erin and Olivia were so incredibly gracious and understanding when I told them. We worked together to make sure that my dream dress wouldn't be compromised by this unexpected blessing and my changing body. It was a LOT of work (and I want to note that we gladly compensated them for the additional time/resources) - but truly the end result was PRICELESS. I felt so much care and attention was put into this dress, it still makes me emotional just thinking about it.

Even though I was carrying my little one, I still felt like the kind of bride I had always dreamed of being. I looked just as good as I felt in my dress, and I have the team at Valencienne to thank for that.

Bear with me while I try to express myself all too much in a way that does justice to this outstanding team.

I first entered Valencienne as my younger sister’s Maid of Honour. The care they offered her as a bride (and us, her entourage) was everything. I knew right away they were also my first choice for my own wedding shortly after. My sister has unique measurements and I myself am also considered a taller plus size woman by most fashion standards.

All I had was a desired vibe and small checklist. I wanted a black celestial dress with Sleeves, pockets!, a high leg slit and mixed metals. It needed to be breathable and something I could pee in by myself. Oh, and no train! (I’m clumsy)

I’m not necessarily a bride who has always dreamed about her wedding/dress and rarely wears dresses or white in daily life. I have ADHD so I can be very reserved at unexpected times where I’d normally express more outwardly and take on an awkwardness instead. And yet, I have never felt more comfortable, seen and understood so immediately.

The entire team, especially Erin and Olivia, went above and beyond at every single stage ensuring my expectations were beyond exceeded. From the tiniest of details to those most obviously considered, I can’t sufficiently express my appreciation and gratitude to the quality of service they provided me.

I felt like the most beautiful and confident version of myself for my entire wedding day and that is a side of myself I am less often acquainted with than I’d like to be. I wore my dress all night even though I am usually the first one to change into pants the first chance I can. The compliments still haven’t ceased and I can’t smile harder looking at every photo of me in my dress.

Each member of this team has been nothing less than patient, considerate, validating, hilarious and abundantly kind. They are exceptionally warm and welcoming. In such a short time, they make every effort to really get to know who you are as a person and as a bride.

They care about your wedding as a whole, factoring in so many unexpected details and aspects of your wedding to determine exactly how to deliver that unique and ideal “WOW” -breathless-“this is the dress” moment.

Every fitting felt like coming down to visit old friends and they were my biggest hype women outside of my wedding party/ direct friends and family. I travelled approx. 6 hrs one way for each appointment and trust me when I say it couldn’t have been more worth it.

There is no such thing as enough thank you’s and I couldn’t recommend Valencienne more. 1000/1000❤️

I could not thank Kim, Sonya, Olivia and the entire Valencienne team enough for creating the most perfect wedding gown. After trying on too many dresses to count I was referred to Kim by a friend. From our initial consultation, I knew Kim and the team, would be able to deliver on my vision of a wedding gown that exuded timeless elegance. Kim and her team are not only artists in their craft, but they are so warm, welcoming and caring. The team made each appointment special and enjoyable. Kim guided me through the dress making process from start to finish and was invaluable when making decisions about the dress design and fabric. Kim takes exceptional care in her work and went to great lengths to secure my dress fabric during challenging supply chain issues post COVID.

The dress itself was absolutely stunning and had my guests in awe. The construction of the dress was immaculate, even my grandmother, who herself was a seamstress, was impressed with the quality of the work. Kim and her team have a unique talent of marrying artistry with great customer service. I highly recommend the Valencienne team for any bride looking for a custom-made dress, so much so that she is designing my sister’s wedding dress for June 2023. She has already secured the most perfect fabric for my sister and I cannot wait to see the finished product…..expect an update in June! When you choose Valencienne, expect nothing less than perfection.
