I bought my wedding dress this week from Valentina Bridal and it was an amazing experience! Simona made me feel welcome as soon as I stepped in the door. She was super knowledgeable about her dresses and knew exactly what to pull for me to try on. Unlike other bridal shops, I was allowed to browse through the store and pull dresses that I liked as well. I also loved how there was no limit in how many I could try on... in 2 hours I tried on over 12 dresses whereas other shops had a limit of 6. I also appreciated that Simona was very genuine and honest about each dress that I tried on and didn't put any pressure on me. The dresses at the store are priced more reasonably than other bridal shops in the area, and a big portion of the dresses are 30-50% off! Thank you again to Simona for helping me find my dream dress. I 100% recommend any bride to visit Valentina Bridal!

Can’t say enough good things about Valentina Bridal ! I was checking every bridal store in this area and the prices were incredibly high everywhere . The same dress I loved in another store I found it here at Valentina with a lower price and I had the option of buying it off the floor. Everywhere else I had to place an order and wait 6-12 months. Buying it of the floor it made me soo happy and the consultant Simona booked my first alteration appointment for October. I must say that my experience with Simona was extraordinary! She is very professional, caring and patient, and these qualities make her exceptional!
I had the most amazing experience and I truly couldn’t be happier !

I had a wonderful bridal experience here. This was the first place I came to look for a wedding dress, and I left with the dress of my dreams.Simona was a HUGE help, she picked styles that went beautifully with my shape and even picked lovely accessories to help the vision come together. I cannot express enough how amazing the staff at Valentina's is, they made me and my family feel so at ease and comfortable. Big shout out to Simona, upon meeting her I felt an instant connection and knew she had me covered. I’m not a dress shopping person in general, but when I go to Valentina’s Bridal, my stylist Simona, always makes this experience flawless for me. I bought a few dresses for special occasions and I love the fact that I don’t need to order and wait weeks or months, I can purchase right off the rack and they also provide alterations in store if I need. Simona is knowledgeable, very kind and has so much patience with everybody. She gives you the best styles to try and always go the extra mile for customers. I have visited Valentina Bridal & Couture several times in the past years, most recently a few months ago, and purchased dresses for various events (wedding, galas, cocktail, baptism, New Year's). Every single time the experience has been flawless. I always got amazing service from Simona, who is highly knowledgeable and has the client's best interest at heart. She always has a great eye for what fits me best, takes her time to show me lots of options and is super patient. I always walk out of this store with a great purchase and that is why I keep going back when I need a dress with a wow factor (and a fare price, too)!

Now that our wedding is all said and done, I have to take a second to pass along a few comments regarding my experience at Valentina’s. As probably one of the most indecisive brides to have ever happened upon their store, the staff at Valentina’s were nothing but patient during my search for the most perfect dress. They had such a beautiful collection of wedding dresses and I can’t recommend them enough. In addition to their patience, the staff at Valentina’s were honest and very helpful in helping me find my dream dress AND veil. You can only give a 5 star rating here but based on my experience, every bride should check out this boutique if they are on the hunt for a dress. They really did help me bring my dress vision to life.

I had a great experience with Valentina's when I came in twice to try dresses on, and they were kind enough to give me a discount as I was able to purchase the sample size and they didn't need to order it in. However, after the purchase was made, the communication went to zero. I called and emailed multiple times to try to sort out alterations and was met with nothing in return.

After reading other reviews, I made the decision to get my dress tailored elsewhere. Trying to pick up my dress from them was another significant challenge, as they never answered their phone, their voicemail inboxes were full, I even tried to go to the store in person but they were closed mid-week mid-day, with no hours listed online or in store. The few times they did call me back, they would never leave a voicemail and would call from a private number.

When I finally got in touch with them, the owner tried to tell me that they had tried to reach out to me via email to schedule alterations, but their email had bounced back. This is hard to believe because prior to my purchase, I had emailed with them back and forth many times. Additionally, if they had noticed it bounced back, I don't know why they wouldn't have called or texted me. I was told I could come into the store in 2.5 weeks to pick up the dress...why not sooner I am unsure as it was sitting in their basement. I gave them multiple times I could come by, and they said they were never sure when the store is open as they are by appointment only. When I arrived, I was met with a slew of excuses around lack of communication due to challenges in their personal life - which I am very empathetic towards, however if they were going to be slow to respond to all of their customers, some communication stating this on their voicemail or auto-reply would have been helpful. It appears that communication has been a long standing issue with Valentina's, not just recently.

When I arrived to collect by dress, they informed me that the reason I had the initial discount was because of a tear in the tulle of the dress - this was news to me and had not been communicated when I purchased the dress.

Overall I would suggest browsing and trying dresses on at Valentina's but I cannot recommend purchasing or tailoring your dress through them. To Valentina's - I really hope communication improves, as you have such incredible stock and a great store, my suggestion would be to hire an administrator who can handle appointments, phone calls, emails, etc, so the consultants can focus on their strengths. Brides are stressed already, and lack of communication certainly doesn't help!!!

I really wanted to love my experience at Valentina's, but unfortunately I can’t recommend ordering a dress here. While the in-store appointment was lovely and the stylist made me feel special, I was told my dress would arrive in December for my May wedding—then heard nothing for months.

When I followed up in January, I was met with rudeness and told the dress wouldn’t arrive until March, which contradicted what I was promised. Despite repeated assurances that I’d get updates, I constantly had to follow up myself. The dress still hadn’t arrived by mid-March, so I ended up buying another dress off the rack elsewhere and had to cancel the charge with my credit card company.

If you’re buying off the rack, your experience might be great. But if you’re ordering a dress, I’d be cautious—especially given the extremely poor communication.
