Unpleasant & Rude. Unfortunately the only place to pick up Purolator packages.

I've been multiple times and I always enter with a smile, am extremely nice and respectful.

The women that run this place are horribly rude don't bother thanking them because they won't acknowledge your respect.

They are not friendly at all, very short with answers, they act as if you are a burden and might look at you like you have 3 heads when you ask for your package.

Soo unfortunate for a small town business.

They will leave your $1000 package that says STARLINK (may aswell say THIEF BAIT) On it on your doorstep with no knock or phonecall, but will make you pick up small irrelevant packages at the store.
good thing my wife was watching the tracking and saw the truck drive by. If it would've gone missing they would be on the hook for $1000 for being so mindless.

Wasn't a great experience went to pick up my coffee I ordered via purolator and the staff were disrespectful and not very helpful hopefully strike ends soon so I can order canada post again.

Made 3 trips and couldn't get any water because coin machines not working. Once, main store was open so went in for assistance. Female employee was arrogant and not interested in helping and simply walked away. Makes one wonder about sanitary conditions in water preparation in back of store with this kind of attitude and messy conditions in bottle refill area.
Will NEVER trust this place for safe water and refuse to tolerate store operators arrogant attitude. Worst business in Chetwynd by far.
Money will go elsewhere!
