This was my First time to a Value Buds store. They had a good selection of flower, pre rolls and edibles. Staff were very friendly and prices are great, picked up three prepackaged pre rolls for around $7.00. Good product that did what it was meant to do. Next time I’m in Angus I’ll be stopping by for more pre rolls.

Great, great customer service. The women that work there are always helpful and friendly. My husband and I don't know how they do it, but their professionalism in dealing with rude, disrespectful and obnoxious customers is outstanding. Seems a few of them left some reviews below lol.

Tonight was my first experience at the Angus location and within 2 minutes of being in the store the little girl serving me ensured it would be my last. Worst customer service I have received EVER. When I explained the website said it would email me when my order was ready she very loosely explained that they don't do that and then looked at me and asked if I was mad and walked away. I was shocked, not mad. She returned with my order and when I asked her what her last comment was supposed to mean she told me I was mad. I told her this was the best customer service I ever received and I would make sure my friends knew and she proceeded to tell me that she hopes I never come back.
I am lost as to how this interaction got to this point within 2 min. She was the most unprofessional server I have ever met and she is getting her wish. Will never return

I have been checking almost daily for a reply and will continue to do so. Days later I can tell you I am very happy with my purchase but don't ever want to encounter this young girl again

Super rude employees and horrible customer service. I am put an order in tonight and didn’t make it over untill about five to ten(closing time). I walked in showed my i.d and asked how the girl was, she brushed me off, said absolutely nothing except while walking away says “you have two minutes” in a rude little tone. after slamming my order on the counter instead of handing it to me she walked me out and said absolutely nothing, it was an awkward and horrible experience. I understand it’s annoying when people come in last minute but it happens and that’s why I placed my order online to make things quick when I got there. I go there a few times a week and can assure you I will not waste my time or money again.
