This location as well as all the stores I've been into in Edmonton are stuck on the same flavors of 510 carts... experiment!! Branch out... VERSUS sucks and they taste like garbage yet half the menu is always versus... as long as this is the case I'm over value buds as a whole 🤷‍♂️

Absolutely incredible staff, worth every second of going in, even if you don’t find something they will go out of their way to help you, whether that be with product or pure knowledge!! Jen and Patrick are stars in themselves, Patrick has a ton of jokes to improve your day, and Jen is the most kind hearted soul, it’s always a pleasure to bring my goggle pup in for a visit, thank you Value Buds! Ps: I definitely need one of those SnapBack hats ❤️

Fighting a good. Is cannabis Store with good customer service and great stock is rare to come across.
I was about to leave this location because their stock was absolutely horrible. And then they got a new management. pretty sure she's one of the same ladies from another location. Which I was going all the way to other stores for stock. Which is annoying because gas is so expensive. But now That she is working at this location. And they have great customer service, Morgan and Tracy. If I can remember their names correctly, Adam is also great as well. They remember my name every time I come in. They have big smiles and sometimes. I'm even greeted with a big a high five.
They are like family at this location. Customer service doesn't come like that anymore.
When I have a problem with something? They have a solution. They always make sure they have my product In stock. They're always telling me the return policy. And they always ask for ID.
And service is fast there. I don't think I've ever waited a long longer than a minute. But the store is always packed. The displays are always nice to look at and everything is easy to find. So I definitely give this store 5 Stars but I would give them 10. If Google would let me.
Thank you to all the co-workers for Going Out of their way? And I'm so happy with the changes that they had made if it were up to me, all of these guys would Get a raise 🙌❤️

The new manager, Chris, and all the budtenders at Value Buds are hand downs the best!!!! I only go to this store for my Cannabis. Lots of stock, great product and you can’t beat the prices. Everyone is so friendly, they go above and beyond for you, they answer all your questions.
I enjoy walking in through the doors. Whether I’m having a good day or a bad day, they understand and always have a way of cheering you up and making you feel better. Jenn, Patrick and Morgan have helped me on my lowest days!!! The jokes the kind words, very loving and just the energy.
They are all super hero’s in my eyes!! Managers and budtenders don’t get half the credit they deserve or respect!
If you want all around great experience, product and awesome people, Value buds is the place to get your cannabis!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. May have decent prices. Not decent people. They refuse you service even with proper AGLC approved id. They say sorry I’ll talk to the manager (Chris) and nothing is fixed.
