Used to be my go to shop, has went downhill over the years, smaller selection of juice now, and my biggest annoyance, is every time I enter the shop it reeks like weed, last time i entered you could tell someone just finished smoking in the shop. Because it wasn’t faint, it wasn’t a person that smelt like it, It hit you right in the face when you walked in, and the cashier was ripped so made for a annoying exchange, I don’t smoke dope anymore and have no desire to be around it, it’s regrettable but I won’t be back.

I had a really disappointing and frustrating experience at Vapour Solutions. I bought a vape that turned out to be defective, and when I returned to the store, they refused to give me a refund. I was pressured into exchanging it for another device — which ended up having a burnt taste right out of the package.

When I went back again, they refused to do a second exchange and told me I’d have to contact their general manager. I was given a number by the assistant manager, which I called — but no one ever got back to me.

To make matters worse, the staff were rude, dismissive, and even laughed at me while I tried to explain the issue. I felt completely ripped off and strong-armed into accepting faulty products, with no sense of responsibility or customer service.

I’ve been to many vape shops and bought countless vapes over the years, and I’ve never had an experience like this — where both devices had issues and the staff handled it so unprofessionally.

I have video of how I was treated, and I’ll be putting this on blast across social media so others can be warned.

They obviously don’t offer refunds so they can screw people over, they sell faulty devices. This place is a joke. Do not give these scammers your money.

Do yourself a favor and avoid Vapour Solutions — they don’t stand behind what they sell and clearly don’t value their customers. There are much better shops out there that actually care.

Connor just gave me amazing service.., its by far the best shop in Langford, so it's already my "go-to", but he remembered my name and that is FANTASTIC customer service! Thank you Connor 🙂

These guys are excellent at what they do and give great juice recommendations. Small staff so I can understand having to close early and they tend to let people know with a sign on the door so no complaints here! Store also smells great every time I go in!

This place always has had knowledgeable and friendly staff. Sometimes the hours get a little funky due to staffing (a problem a lot of small businesses deal with) but overall, this is a great establishment. Highly recommend.

Nice staff, got me set with everything on my list and reminded me and applied my store credit. Easy but busy location to get to, maybe use a GPS for your first visit if you don't know the area well! All of this also applies to their Duncan location which is my main store, and is in probably the most central and convenient location at TC and Trunk Rd. with lots of parking within feet of their entrance (and really great staff!). There are at least 3 other vape shops within a block or so if they don't have what you're looking for!

Do you know what I love more than picking up a bottle of my favorite ejuice after a stressful day? Driving all the way from Langford to hillside to get some because this location was closed at 5:45pm when I arrived there 😊 I can understand this happening once every so often but lately it has become a necessity to call beforehand and make sure they are *actually* open.
To add to the frustration the return policy needs polishing, was handed the wrong mg juice, returned it about an hour later when I noticed the mistake, unopened, and was told there was nothing they could do, due to not having a supervisor there. Turned around and spent another $20-something dollars at the other location.

It depends on which day you go in, some days fabulous staff, fully stocked , clean.. other days you go in and it's a mess and not stocked. They do have a point system which helps. I wish that the prices were lower or they have more sales. There is one employee there that lacks customer service.
