I had an exceptional experience at Vaughan Chrysler Dodge Jeep and was absolutely overwhelmed by my salesman, Domenic Mirabelli, the Assistant Sales Manager. From the moment I explained what I was looking for, Domenic made it happen with precision and dedication. Before taking delivery, I shared my vision with him, and he brought it to life. What I imagined with my eyes closed became a stunning reality when I picked up my new Rubicon today.

The entire team at Vaughan Chrysler Dodge Jeep is fantastic, but Domenic is truly the icing on the cake. This was, without a doubt, the best car purchase I’ve made in my 45 years of driving and buying vehicles. Having worked in the automotive industry for 45 years—with 20 years at Ford, 10 at Honda, and 15 at Acura—I can confidently say this transaction was far superior to even those at my own dealerships.

Where should I even start I purchased a 2014 Mazda3 in August 2022. They had an issue with the engine light and told me they’d get it fixed by the time I pick my car up. It’s now January 2025 and I still haven’t gotten a-hold of anyone. The issue is some “Catalytic Converter” they had to out source for me yet it’s been 2 years+ since anyone reached back to me. I’ve called multiple times and I was have to leave a message or nobody picks up. I was told I was priority and they were going to fix the light in a weeks time. My car has rust on the undercarriage, the roof, lots of maintenance and faulty problems and I blame this dealership wholeheartedly for not helping me and only concerned about getting my money. DO NOT buy anything from here because they will leave you high and dry. Lori Thomas, Peter O’Malley Rino Coletta we’re all involved in my vehicle and making sure I was a satisfied customer and I was not. Count your days. I want my money back because this is ridiculous. DO NOT buy from here.

We are not the kind to write reviews but we were so impressed that we had to really write one. We had a wonderful shopping experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Millad was our salesperson he is a gem, we found him to be very knowledgeable, professional helpful and amicable. Millad and their manager Jake gave us a good deal and good service. We were also lucky to deal with John on the financing, who helped us get financing for the car at zero down and good interest rate and offered other promotions and savings as well, Overall we are very happy with the purchase and the vehicle and glad that we had a seamless purchase experience. Highly recommended!!

"⚠ SERIOUS WARNING ABOUT 2024 GRAND CHEROKEE SUMMIT - $100K+ NIGHTMARE

My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a disaster. In September 2024, I purchased a brand new Grand Cherokee Summit for over $100,000 - their most premium offering. What followed has been three months of continuous problems and utterly unacceptable service.

VEHICLE ISSUES:
‱ The vehicle has FAILED TO START seven separate times
‱ Currently sitting in the service shop for the 7th REPAIR ATTEMP
‱ Problems began immediately after purchase
‱ Issue is so severe that Jeep Corporate has been called in to investigate potential quality defects

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE:
1. When my vehicle first broke down, both Sales Representative Milad and Service Manager Jake Lorenzen displayed complete indifference to my situation
2. They refused to assist with towing the vehicle to their service department, claiming I was "too far away" ( this is Jeep’s role and I was told they could do nothing)
3. No alternative transportation was offered - I was told if I need to tow away the car to Vaughan, I find my own way home ( as I lived far away)
4. They dismissed the serious starting issue as "normal for a new car" and assured me it would resolve itself with mileage - THIS WAS FALSE but I trusted that in the beginning.

Most concerning is that after seven repair attempts, the fundamental issues remain unfixed. The service department has now escalated this to Jeep Corporate, acknowledging this may be a significant QUALITY CONTROL issue - information that validates all my initial concerns that were previously dismissed.

$100,000+ should buy you reliability and exceptional service. Instead, I received a DEFECTIVE CAR and WORST customer care.

STAT AWAY FROMT THIS SHOP because their lack of Professionalism in selling you a crappy car and their indifference to customers.

Do yourself a favour, filter reviews to lowest and that is what you're getting here. The experience at this dealership has been absolutely abysmal. We signed a 3 year lease for a 2021 jeep wrangler. At the time the lease was up and we were preparing to return the vehicle, we were told we are forced to purchase the vehicle and there was no option to return the vehicle...we would never have willfully signed on to such an agreement. It's apparently called an open lease agreement, meaning you must buy the vehicle. Pretty tricky wording.

Here's where it gets worse. Dimitri from Finance and Frank who's the manager told us, you signed what you signed sorry...take it up with the leasing company, WS leasing. This is such a bad response to their sales and finance reps blatantly misleading people into horrible contracts. We went to BMW, Lexus and Acura and they ALL told us that we were being taken advantage of. One look at the contract paperwork we had and they said it was the slimiest, most misleading contract they ever saw. Every single lease we ever did we returned the vehicle. And if that was not the case we should have clearly been told and we would have never proceeded with such horrible terms. Now Sharon from WS leasing is telling us we can't even finance the buyout amount and must be paid lump sum or extend the lease....this is the worst lopsided deal we've ever been apart of.

This is not the first time this dealership has done this according to the reviews and just to sign a deal you delete the opportunity to get return customers by such a shady sales practice. We are escalating this situation to OMVIC and will be submitting all the names in this review as responsible parties, until this issue is resolved and we can return the car like we intended to.

If you hate the process of buying a car, and want someone that will be patient and accommodating, ask for Alina. I live in an hour north of Vaughan and he delivered the vehicle right to my front door. If you’re looking for a new or previously owned vehicle go pay him a visit.
