Excellent food bank staff. Volunteers are always busy day and night raising and helping everyone in community. Angela is great, Tony, Peter everyone treats you like family. Spoke to this afternoon always gives useful tips like donating "ANYTHING TO DO With BABY STUFF!"

So slow, line of people outside on -10C cold, poor people in need. Staff working so slow, the system needs improvement. You need spend at least 2-3 hours to get 2-3 bags of food. Grocery in supermarket takes 10 times less time. Do something. Very disappointed

For the first time at this center, I experienced very rude behavior from one of the staff members in the food bank. Her behavior was really bad, and today I felt very small and ashamed. On my way home, I couldn’t stop crying. People who work in these places should really love their job. I feel sad for myself and also for that woman.

I am hosting a person from the Ukraine, Seems that Justy TrueDope loves to invite people to Canada where we have no jobs for them or places they can afford to live.
While I appreciate the job that the food banks are doing I am dismayed at, shall we call the mystery box they came home with full of expired crackers, cereal and canned goods.
I guess we need to place the blame squarely on the people donating and partially on the food bank for not checking the items, some of these items expired 2 1/2 Years ago.
Shame on whoever thought of disposing their garbage at the food bank

Very organized and heart warming to see so many people striving hard to help others... we met Peter a very pious soul working there for 20+ years, helping so many life's and hats off to their dedication and great gesture. Anyone can volunteer to help with food organizing and stacking up.

They need more people working there. 3 hrs waiting outside in the cold to get a few cans and some expired cereal and other stuff. The lady in the front is rude as well
