This has been my dispensary of choice since I moved here in November 2023 however, I bought a vape cartridge there on 8 April to go on a road trip it clogged and stopped working over the weekend $50 cartridge that I now have to throw out because they won’t return it if it’s been more than two days on this ground alone, I will not return

Wonder staff. The counterman was dealing with very cracked out person that was upset because the store didn't sell a particular type of torch common to hard drug use. The staff member was kind, patient and firm with the person. They got them to leave without any really drama. I am quite impressed with the level of bullsh@t he dealt in a calm, caring manner. Just the right kind of dude for the job 😎

Incredibly bad service from the Indian man working there. Bought some badder checked it out before I left the parking lot and it was messed up you couldn’t even take it off the parchment paper, had a horrible colour on it and looked disgusting. He wouldn’t give me a refund, a new badder to see if maybe the batch got messed up in transit freaking nothing. Just complained and argued with me. Never ever going there again. Horrible products and worst customer service

I've only been there a few times and infrequently. Months ago the manager and I talked about a product that I was looking for that they didn't carry. On my recent visit the manager still remembered me and the product we discussed months beforehand. They even mentioned products they had found while trying to order something for me. They and the trainee were very friendly, helpful and seemed knowledgeable.

I looked this store up before coming to Vernon and saw a lot of good reviews, now I know why, this store is loaded with product/selection/glass/etc. and well organized, clean, and the sweet budtender was awesome to deal with (wish I got your name). This will definitely be my “go to” store when we come to Vernon. Well done! 😊✌️🌿💨
