It's not bad just limited produce and pricey

Some of the tomatoes were near the end of their life cycle and should have been marked down, but weren't. Digging to the bottom exposed some fresher ones. It is a small town though, and I can imagine what it's like to try and stock fresh veggies to a small clientele. Other than that staff were friendly and helpful, and there were good deals!

I love shopping here, it almost always smells of fresh baked bread and is always clean. The shelves they stock themselves stay stocked, with adequate facings. The layout of the store is perfect, as you enter the store you are greeted by a shelf of seasonal flowers, a shelf of sales items on one side and cold beverages on the other, which is great on the hot days when you walk to the store. Upon exiting that section the produce section opens up in front of you and transitions beautifully to the Dairy section, with a special refrigeration unit giving space to local dairy products, specialised dairy products and the occasional dairy overstock. The outer aisles house their refrigerated and frozen sections, ending at the bakery and specialty foods section, which is small but this is also a small town, they have delicious fresh baked bread every weekday morning. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, if you are unable to complete your own shopping, they will assist you to the best of their ability. They were having an anniversary sale and had used balloons as decorations, being allergic to latex, that made it difficult to breathe and when one of the employees overheard my 9 year old daughter ask me if I was ok and how my breathing was because of my allergies, the employee offered to finish scanning my groceries and help my daughter get the cart full of groceries out to the vehicle, as my daughter was able to wait with the money while I went out to the vehicle, away from the balloons, which I gratefully took advantage of. The employee also offered to do any shopping I needed during their anniversary sale and she does some shopping for an elderly friend of mine who is unable to do it for herself at times.

Bread should never be 5 dollars a loaf they need to re-evaluate some of their prices. Going to Walmart is cheaper than going there.
