Perfect and quaint shop for a truly unique gift from PEI, you could spend hours in this shop looking around at all the interesting pottery and art! We felt right at home instantly due to the wonderful down to earth service. A must see in New London!

This is a lovely store with a great layout showcasing tons of handmade pottery with a mix of other items as well.

You can often catch someone in the midst of making something, and get to see a potter at work.

The Village Potter is situated right next to their ice cream parlour, so you get a double whammy when you visit.

In my opinion, the best mugs in PEI are here. If you are looking for a well made coffee or tea mug that has some weight to it that will keep your drink hot, this is the place. They run out quickly though, so check their website often and get there early! You will not be disappointed!

Unique pottery pieces to bring home as souvenirs or gifts! Beautifully crafted, multitude of sizes, colours, cups, dishes, vases, etc. Go upstairs where you can find purses, clothing, artwork, etc. In this store, everywhere you look, you see something beautiful and different! Its definitely worth the stop, the staff is super friendly and kind. They also make sure to wrap carefully all items purchased to avoid any bad surprises if you are travelling to the island!

One of my favourite little shops on PEI. Tons of gorgeous pottery works- I especially love the ones with lace pressings- and many are useful as well as decorative, like jewelry holders. The upstairs features an art gallery full of art of all different styles by local artists, many of which are for sale. The staff are sweet and wrap everything up nicely for you. Love this place!

My wife and I were on vacation for the week and my wife wanted to sample as many pottery location in PEI as we could in a short time. We stopped off a Village Pottery first and were floored at all the different items they had. The colors were vibrant and can definately fit any decor. Great place to look for pieces for your home or as a gift. They sell many different Potato soaps to suit your needs as well. Upstairs is a place where you can see local art being displayed as well.

A fantastic find in the area to be sure.

Note: As well - if you are in the mood, there is a small ice cream parlour just next door.

Love love love this place! Inviting space and incredible pieces. Reasonable prices. I come back here every time I am on the island!
