We chose to work with Chris Vincent as we had a prior relationship through emails when we were interested in other Canmore properties. When it was time to sell our property, Chris was unavailable and Laura Wright took care of the sale. She was very effective, prompt and kept us informed throughout the whole process. I was pleasantly surprised to find that even operating under the Sotheby's brand, Laura and Christopher cover the entire spectrum of the Canmore market. From my initial meeting with her, it was clear that Laura is a professional who is extremely good at what she does. It was Laura's knowledge of the local market that allowed me to quickly move on a property that was just in the process of being listed. She guided my through the purchase of my first home every step of the way (with support from Cathy in the office which I also very much appreciated especially as closing approached). I am so grateful to have had Laura as my Realtor and I unreservedly recommend her.

I can't recommend Laura enough. She was able to take us on with no notice (we met her and made an offer within hours) and worked tirelessly to help us (and the seller) navigate the purchase without any headaches whatsoever, despite a three-month close window and a few last minute surprises. She has remarkable local expertise and was able to advise on a wide variety of topics including legal, local regulations, renovations and decor, and rental demand / dynamics. She recommended us to several other professionals (e.g., condo document review specialists, lawyers, tradespeople, interior decorators) and each of them were top notch. Finally, I have an extremely high attention to detail and Laura surpassed it with her diligence and professionalism. She truly is one of the best in her business and I can't wait to work with her again.
