Bought a 2014 Subaru Forester from these guys via Roman Isakovich. The transaction was very smooth and simple, no problems there at all. And I've had the car for nearly 3 weeks now, it's been running smoothly ever since. When I test drove said car, there was a bad bearing on the rear left (car made a very loud and awful noise), I asked Roman to fix it as a condition for me to purchase the car, and he did without issue. So overall, the service was great, the car has been great ever since I got it.

However, one thing I will note (I'm trying to be as transparent here as possible with my experience) is that when I asked for the car to be undercoated, a rubberized undercoating was used. Which is honestly not a good form of undercoating for your vehicle at all. The rubber based undercoating usually dries up and start to crack, eventually falling off the car as you drive along. If you're buying from these guys and request the car to be undercoated, ask them to do an oil based undercoating. 'Cause within the first 2 weeks of me having the vehicle, I went and I got it oil undercoated myself, the rubber just isn't good enough for Canadian winters.

But honestly, aside from that, the car has been great so far, no issues at all. The car was detailed both in and out, they gave me new floor mats, Roman even went as far as to give me 4 brand new all season tires. Though the tires themselves weren't great, they're good enough for me, and I can understand why he didn't give me 'great' tires considering he practically gave me the tires for free.

We picked up a nice 2006 BMW 330i and had a great experience with Ryan. He was very transparent about everything and easy to deal with. The car required a few thing prior to safety which he listed and fully completed. We even had an issue 2 days after the pick up and he fully took care of the problem. Very refreshing and fantastic dealer experience. Will defintely return for the next car purchase.

Start to finish Ryan was amazing. Very straight forward, no silly stories. The car I drove to go see was exactly as advertised, the price was incredibly competitive, and Ryan was able to give me amazing financing options that didn't involve unheard of interest rates, cosigners, or anything of the sort. The transaction took less than a week start to finish, communication throughout was great, with updates daily, and on the final day when we had to finish up and swap keys, things couldn't have gone better. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership for many reasons. I was looking for a vehicle that I needed for as a daily. As you know, I came across this dealership multiple times online and was interested in a similar vehicle I already had, a 2016 Honda Civic Coupe EX-T. When I first came in to see the car, it was parked at a storage facility. The vehicle looked good from the outside and inside. Though it was a used vehicle, I was told a few minor things were needed to fix it for safety such as trim liner, the driver visors, etc. Obviously I was reassured, and I let them know that I came in pre-approved and went through the financing process.

After checking the car out, I was given a date when the car would be ready. I may appreciate the earliness of the release of the vehicle but this is where everything unfolds;

Firstly, interior of the vehicle was in a disappointing state. It was full of ashes from constant smoking, trim liners weren’t even clipped, backseats were broken and damaged. As photo provided,
they had used GLUE GUN to keep the bumper intact with the fender, who the does that?

Secondly, after noticing every detail of the interior and exterior, another major issue was revealed. The first startup was not pleasant, CHECK EMISSION LIGHT, BRAKE SYSTEM FAILURE, POWER STEERING FAILURE, etc.. came on. As a respectful and understanding customer, I had let them know about it before even leaving the lot. Shocked to see that they are even surprised and diagnosed it right away. Obviously I had my all my doubts and skepticism. I had took the liberty to diagnose it and the following error codes are the following photos provided;
P0303 (third cylinder misfire)
P0219C (engine oversped problem)
I had contacted them and was told that the vehicle was sitting for long, so their solution was to clear the OBD reading and it just needed a few drive cycles. However, nothing has changed and same problem still pop ups. I’m now stuck with a vehicle that I have to work on and spend tremendous amount of effort, time, and money.

These are the standards of the dealership, how could a vehicle like that even pass safety?

Sales person, Roman, and the owner seems very friendly but don’t be fooled, they are not meant to be trusted. I should have listened to the prior reviews and all this could have been avoided.

Just purchased a car from Vision Fine Cars today. It was one of the best experiences I could’ve had. Went to go see the car last Saturday and picked it up today. A very fast and efficient process, I felt very cared for and everything went smoothly. As soon as I entered the dealership I was greeted by the sales manager, Roman. He is the most friendly and helpful guy ever. He was very organized and answered all our questions. He genuinely cared for us and ensured we had the best service. Overall, it was an amazing experience dealing with them and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a used vehicle.
