Bought a TV today and had a great experience. Visions has a huge selection, their prices are reasonable and they are willing to price match. Our salesman, Lakshya was wonderful, he was knowledgeable, professional, and eager to help. I highly recommend them and will definitely shop there again.

Why I go to a box store when Visions exists? Why walk through the grocery department looking for somebody to help you unlock something in the electronics department? Why would you ask somebody who’s been trained in women’s clothing questions about the TV or stereo you were going to buy?
Experts who know what you’re asking about, and know how to find it. I went there today, they didn’t sell it, and I still left the store with the piece. That service above and beyond. That service you get from people who care. Not from people who just collect a wage. It’s about the passion. Visions has it in spades.

I recently visited the store intending to buy a TV, but I left feeling completely disappointed. The moment I walked in, I was immediately asked to leave my backpack at the front. I understand that stores may have policies, but I was carrying my work laptop, and being forced to leave it behind felt unwelcoming and untrusting. It was honestly insulting—I came in as a paying customer, not a suspect.

I’ve shopped here before a couple of years ago and never encountered anything like this. The experience made me seriously question the level of trust and respect for customers. If I’m treated with suspicion the second I walk in, how could I possibly trust this place with a major purchase like a TV? What would the service be like if I needed support down the road?

I ended up browsing for a bit, but honestly, the whole situation left a bad taste. Shopping is not just about buying a product; it’s about feeling respected and valued as a customer. Unfortunately, that was completely missing during my visit.

This was my first time visiting a Visions store. Usually, I go to best buy. Visions is not as big as best buy. They have a much smaller range of products. That said, I may never go to a best buy again. The numerous staff at visions in Kamloops are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Ultimately, the bottom line is prices. I got a steal of a deal! $800 cheaper than nearby costco or best buy.

Went to Visions to purchase a TV with zero knowledge but Lakshya helped us on educating on various aspects of TV and helped us choose a TV that meets our needs and budget. Kirk and Raza were quite helpful as well as they went beyond their scheduled shift and stayed till closing time of the store just to help us out. Would recommend Visions any day!!!

I ordered a new one, but they give me used one and I paid about $700. Don't get scammed, just like me. I went back to get a refund, but the manager told me “well, i’ll pay you back. Is that it?”. It's not about getting my money back. I waited a month for it, and i even took care of my car installation service. When I first went to vision to get the dash-cam, they told me that they didnt have the product, so I went there again to see if they had the product after 2days later. The manager said no, but the other employees said that they had the product yet I got the product but I found that it was used and the condition was very bad. There were so many scratches and you could tell that it is not used like new. However, the rainbow dyed hair lady gave us the used product, so be careful to all customers, don’t get scammed by this crazy lady like me.

Ordered a tv from them and it was defective. However, we may have had some hiccups with shipping and time, the owner apologized to me and even gave me a an upgrade for my problems. Some of if not THE best customer service ive had in a long time. I will forever be buying my tvs from them from now on

You guys made yourselves a life time customer this morning. I'm a stickler on spending money and even worse for buying anything brand new. But that deal you guys gave me on the Samsung Galaxy S25 this morning was amazing. Plus the $250 in store credit so I basically got a phone case and glass protector for free. Not to mention the TV you sold me 2 years ago now that still works great. This place is great, the employees will work to get you great deals on electronics. Would recommend to everyone and anyone.
