I don’t even have the words to express how grateful I am for Tanya and Nelly. Tanya was my stylist and she made me feel so comfortable and cared for from the moment I sat in her chair. She listened with such kindness and attention, and gave me a colour, cut and style that made me feel beautiful again🥹truly. Her talent speaks for itself, but it was her warmth that made the biggest difference.🩷🫶🏼 Nelly, the owner, radiates such positive energy and runs the space with so much heart. You can tell she puts love into everything she does. The whole experience felt like I was surrounded by family-safe, seen, and celebrated. This wasn’t just a hair appointment… it was healing. I have been visiting Vivid Hair - specifically Nelly since we moved - 5 years of going to Nelly & Vivid and nothing but amazing service, I was scared to go to a new salon in a new town but I am so grateful I chose Vivid over any other salon. Nelly has a heart full of gold and is always honest and helpful when it comes to hair decisions, there is no one else I’d rather trust with my hair (even my three year old goes to her!). I also don’t know many business owners that will bend over backwards for their clients - she always does her best to fit you in, even if it means she stays open later and gives up her OWN personal time to make sure her clients are happy. I 1000% recommend Nelly & Vivid hair studio for your hair needs (& she even supports local and has other retail items in the salon!)

I first went to Nelly after moving to the area, a little nervous because a previous hair stylist from another salon butchered my hair.
Nelly was so welcoming, she was patient, kind, talked through what we could do with my hair to fix it/ get it to what I wanted, and gave me options. I left her salon loving my hair and feeling confident again. I have been going to her ever since!
She does an amazing job, when you go into her salon it’s like catching up with an old friend.
