Wainwright Jewellers has been amazing from every single interaction with them but I have to say they hit it outta the park this time. My now fiancé came in with a blurry picture from Pinterest and an idea of wanting to get me my dream ring. They customized it based on the picture and it was here and ready in no time! they advised him on the kinda cut I wanted and band size and some specifics since the picture didn’t show different angles and this ring will forever be my treasure and a conversation piece in every room. I am absolutely in love, thankyou so much!

I have nothing but praise for Wainwright Jewellers. They have fantastic staff who are attentive, helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. I was very pleased at the many options of gorgeous jewelry they have to offer. The variety they have is impressive! I was shown options and pictures to assist me with my decision making process. At no time did I feel rushed. I really felt like it was important to them that I get exactly what I was looking for, which is not all that common in other stores.
They were very prompt and accurate about delivery. The prices are great.
I dealt with various people who work there but most extensively with Jill. I had such amazing service and excellent communication.
I will definitely be back to fulfil any future jewelry needs or wants that I have.

Absolutely excellent service, they provided painless 0% financing, gave me an excellent deal and even topped off the purchase by holding the tax! Two weeks before Christmas (which I assume is their busiest time of year) I was able to get the ring re-sized & back to my fiancé at no extra cost.

A couple of weeks ago I took part in a town wide Mother’s day in July event, Wainwright Jewellers absolutely exceeded all expectations! A beautiful bracelet was given to each lady registered, it is a gorgeous piece that I wear all the time and for a gift was very generous! The staff was amazing and friendly! They made me feel so special that day!! Thank you and I will be back for future purchases!!
