«First time shopping here and loved it. It was referred to me by my new neighbour and friend Joan. Awesome variety of footwear and very pleased that they had a lovely pair or shoe/sandals that actually are wide enough to fit my feet. Italian leather, so soft and comfortable. I always wore footwear for style, not comfort but these shoes that u purchased do both. I just moved to Duncan and Heather was so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Had a wonderful experience dealing with Heather, the Manager.
My situation with a pair of shoes was quite unique and she was very patient with me and more than willing to help solve the issue.
Walk in Comfort, Duncan, is now my first choice for footwear.
Thank you also to Candace at Head office. Top notch customer service.

As a regular walk in comfort customer I can't say enough about the exceptional customer service I have always received. The staff is helpful and friendly. If what I want isn't in stock they check to see if it is available at another location and have it shipped to the Duncan store for me to pick up. The selection of footwear is great and the customer loyalty program is a wonderful perk. Loving my new Ecco shoes. I highly recommend stopping in.

Really disappointed. Needed minimum 3 pairs of shoes - dress, casual and walking. Travelled some distance to Duncan store prepared to spend $500-$600, had identified some suitable items on website. Woman in store could not have been more disengaged. Spent most of conversation telling me what she could NOT do for me - seems information not necessarily consistent betweeen website and store - she claimed people should phone the store after checking the website, but nowhere on the site does it say that. She did not offer any alternatives, either with regard to shoes or seeing if anything could be ordered. I left when it became obvious she had ZERO interest in both customer service and in selling me shoes. Because I had already travelled a half hour from home decided to try the shoe warehouse next to London Drugs. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Got a great pair of Naturalizers (dress) and a pair of Clarkes - total under $200. Won't be trying Walk in Comfort again any time soon.....suggest you don't either. Too bad - I was a regular customer when there was a store in Nanaimo, it was great. Unfortunately this Duncan location sucks.

Great service, and the best prices. I had an issue with shoes I had bought, and the staff were first rate in helping me resolve the issue. They stand behind their products 100%, and even more important they stand behind their customers 100%.

Absolutely fabulous customer service; the ladies here really go above and beyond to help find the best styles and fits. The atmosphere is relaxed and that makes it nice to chat with fellow customers too.
