Very unfriendly management staff, older male & female always fighting behind the counters , yelling at their employees. Interrupting them from working/serving customers just to complain about their job/ or the job someone else did that isn’t currently there. They’re very unkind. I’ve never seen a place go through so many employees but after seeing the way they’re spoken too, I never questioned why. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

I can’t even begin to explain how wonderful the staff are at Wallace’s. I had called their pharmacy asking about antibiotics my boyfriend needed (long story short, he was suffering from a sinus infection and his family doctor prescribed antihistamines instead of the antibiotics he needed) and after a short discussion with the amazing woman in pharmacy, she had redirected us to an online service where he could get his antibiotics and receive care his family doctor couldn’t give him. I cannot express how amazed and happy I was after getting the help over the phone with them, and the staff are the most kind and supportive people I have met at any pharmacy. I would always suggest Wallace’s as a pharmacy to anyone! The other staff members who do not work in pharmacy are always a joy to meet and talk with as well when we go to buy our bag tags, it is truly a friendly, caring establishment that always makes me want to go back. Thank you for all your hard work! The community appreciates it!

I was a LONG time customer of this store and I went in today, was speaking to the cashier asking if she was new as I had not seen her before and she said she was just helping out. I mentioned I knew someone who had quit .. this worker went in to detail about this person/ex employees work ethic with me out even asking a single question about it. Very personal information. When I told my friend what was said she then contacted the store and was told I lied and was asking questions.. I wasn’t, and even if I had.. they still cannot disclose this information to ANYONE. I would be cautious about working there, it’s a revolving door of people being fired quitting or what have you. The management is not a pleasant person and disclose personal information about their staff with other staff who then disclose it to customers ! Be ware!!!!! This store has gone down hill on the last few years and the owners won’t do. Thing to fix the problem! They say they will take all comments and concerns seriously but they do not. They just say that hoping you will forget about the problem so they can continue to employee people that should not work there. Breach of confidentiality is a big deal! Don’t say I was not truthful .. pull the damn footage and check it out. Until it’s addressed I will not step foot in that store and I’ll be sure and let anyone else I know to stay away too!

I love going to Wallace's, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They treat my 2 son's and I like we're family...my son's (4 and 1.5) can be a handful somedays especially my 4yr old, if they see I'm getting overwhelmed or he's driving me crazy running away they'll catch him for me and play with him, show him things around the store or even let him help them with tiny things so he feels important and big...amazing staff, friendly atmosphere

During my time there, I was initially denied breaks unless I had worked at least seven hours. When I said something, they just acted surprised like they hadn't told me that several times. This caused a consequential decline in my health whenever I had to miss a shot, snack or meal for the first couple months. To top it off, they attempted to book me for fourteen days straight once, with no idea when my next day off would be. There's also the matter of tons of expired stock that still lines the shelves. Old soda, candy, I even found an entire order of expired deli meats once that would have remained on sale, had I not done something about it. Only the tip of the iceberg though. You should have seen the multitude of expired vitamins and etc that I removed from the pharmacy side. They claim to keep on top of these things, but the amount of dust and the dates on items begged to differ. Not sure why I waited this long to write this. Maybe because I still have to go there for my medication. That reminds me of the way they got my prescriptions put on hold by giving me double what I had asked for, several times in a row. It caused me not to have to go as frequently, leading some idiot to believe I was no longer a type one diabetic? Who knows? There's a reason for all the new faces there. Around the time I quit, they were losing people like crazy and struggling to stay staffed by what I can tell. New floors look great though and the manager really is one of the sweetest guys around. Some people hate his guts, but mostly just losers and base-heads because he doesn't grin and bear their stupidity. One of the few things I miss, aside from some pretty great customers and generally friendly staff. I'll give one star, but to be clear, it's because I have to. If everyone there worked as hard as Mark, it would be an easy five.

Run away from shoppers and come to this beautiful store where your treated so good, the staff is exceptional, if your sick +tired of being ignored at lesser big chains leave ,come here. Where they know your name and are going above and beyond every interaction. I drive from trenton it's 45 mins ,that's how good they are.and I wait less then the dreadful shoppers.

These people - everyone who works in the pharmacy side and grocery side - have a warmth, professional, and genuinely decent respect for their customers.
The pharmacist(s) is/are kind, non-patronizing, well versed in their role, and are available to consult with for more information about new medications, possible side effects, drug interactions, etc.
The grocery store side has fresh fruit and vegetables, Fridays mean fresh curd, and the staff are always welcoming.
I adore everyone here.
