Worst service I have ever experienced. Received text that grocery order was ready for pickup at 4:45; I arrived at 5:10. After 45 minutes, I asked the employee if my order was almost ready to be delivered to my car; his response was "someone is preparing your order". Eventually, 6:00, my order was brought out to me.
I'm usually there at least once a week for an order worth a couple of hundred bucks; NO MORE for this guy. Didn't even get an apology. Disappointed that I had to give 1 star; don't deserve any.

I would like to give a huge shout out of Thanks to Kelly the Store Manager in Charlottetown PEI. For some reason, part of my photo order shipped there instead of to my Saskatchewan home. The 1800 customer service line was little help. Kelly intervened to have the shipment re-directed. This is the kind of customer service that needs to be recongnized - trust, integrity, professionalism, and action. Huge Thanks.

I informed the employees that the milk was advertised as 2 for $9, but it rang up as 2 for $10. Rather than addressing my concern, I was assured I was mistaken and, in essence, told I was crazy. Determined to prove my point, I purchased the milk, took pictures of the pricing, and returned to show them the evidence. Instead of resolving their error promptly, they directed me to stand in an enormous customer service line to fix their mistake—a mistake I had proactively pointed out. They are blatantly overcharging customers while looking them straight in the eye. Be cautious—this isn’t just negligence; it feels like theft.

It's weird associates are constantly on phone probably going through the international affairs. Oh yeah if you need help just forget about it. AND yeah communication as in basic English....my God
