Huge shout out to Fara for continuously going over and beyond to make sure all her customers needs are met. Every customer that walked into the store was acknowledged no matter if she was busy at the moment with another person or at the till . The store has completely taken a facelift having her back is the best choice slave lake location could have done.. FARA keep on doing what you do best. . Your customer service is 100%

When I shop I enjoy doing it in PEACE I got interrupted 8 times to be asked if I needed help and followed around the store. Not including all the times that I picked up an item to be told they love it
You would think they work off commison with how they were acting. After the first interaction of me saying I'm just looking thanks it should of been enough. I felt as if they thought I was going to shoplift made me extremely uncomfortable. I was in there for 5-10 mins to just grab a dress and a few things. At one point they took what I had to the counter even though I didn't say yes I would like them to; as if I'm going to be tempted to take them. Everytime I go into this store specifically all they have is XS or 4xl in sizing. The only way to guarantee to get your size is to go when they first release the new line because they don't restock after that. By the end of my time there I felt uncomfortable and angry. You should be able to shop in peace without being harrased by 3 different associates. I'm just going to shop online from now on I won't have anyone following me and I'll have size choices.

My daughter and I received the absolute best customer service today, and we went in to the store at separate times too! Wonderful, kind, helpful, very welcoming and friendly, thank you for taking our minds off being evacuated.

The manager of this store is so awesome, casual with customers, and such a nice person. Shes definitly the reason why i will always stop in at warehouse one everytime im in town looking for clothes. Thanks for the wonderful shopoing experience and making a lasting impression for the store that day.

The online customer service is incompetent. Unable to decipher their own orders. Do not recommend ordering. They messed up my order, cancelled it, and informed me it would take 4-8 weeks to process a refund. Wow. Won't be ordering anything from there again. Incompetence knows no limits.
