I bought watch for my brother here. They brought new piece and packed. After reaching home we checked and they placed watch that doesn’t have battery. After couple of days we went to the store and asked. They changed the battery. When I asked why didn’t they check before they responded irresponsibly. Service is worst. I had to waste 4hrs of my time for driving up and down.

I have purchased over 40 watches from the store alone. Never had a bad experience until today, salesman named Mali Was extremely rude, unhelpful, stood in the corner on her phone and refused to help customers. I had no choice but to purchase my item due to time constraints otherwise I would have ordered online. DO BETTER MANAGEMENT. The retail space is dying due to individuals like Mali alone.

I visited today 2nd october 2024, had an amazing experience buying gift for my dad who lives abroad.The sales lady( a bit elder one on duty) sorry i couldn’t catch her name was so nice and kind .Really went above and beyond to suggest me and help me make a decision and never was bothered for a moment.I was touched

Service is pathetic. Drive 40 min there to return, employee says she can’t take it , come back after 45 min. Manager who can process is sitting at backside.

I visited Vaughan Mills today after work, enduring a 30-minute drive. Unfortunately, the service I received was disappointing. Tomorrow, I must make the same journey once more, spending another 30 minutes on the road. I question the professionalism displayed in this situation.
