My husband and I had an awesome experience with purchasing, delivery and installation of our new washer and dryer. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable too. We ordered our washer and dryer and it was delivered and installed the very next morning. The guys were exceptional at installing both appliances and the gas guy was amazing too. Highly recommend this business. 5 stars plus for sure.

Had major flood and needed new appliances. Beyond helpful compared to other stores. Found exact fridge for dimensions we needed. For laundry room...changed my mind on what I thought I wanted in a professional respectful way. 2 different sales people...two excellent experiences. Delivery was flawless for fridge. Delaying other delivery but expect no problems.

Excellent small town retailer, with a big presence. After 40 years of owning various appliances in different houses and now needing a new washer and dryer we were directed to Waterford Appliances via a local resident and friend so we thought we'd see what they could offer. A friendly no pressure discussion about the various product lines which they themselves use in their home provided us with the initial feeling of honesty. We briefly checked online for comparable pricing and that was not an issue. The promise of direct contact through them for all of our service needs was also high on our list. There was also a no pressure sales tactic on warranties etc. it was a discussion that allowed us to decide for ourselves with no judgement. The gentlemen that came to install new and take away the old were very polite and demonstrated an educated product knowledge. They gave us whatever time we needed to become familiar with the product and they were in and out in a personable, clean and timely manner. We will recommend this business to our anyone who asks.

After having our 19 yr old fridge give out we went straight to Waterford Appliances as they were highly recommended by family and friends. They did not disappoint, our salesperson was very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. They match big box store prices and you can’t beat small town service. Also I only had to wait 2 days to get our new fridge!

I just purchased two fridges for rental units. The whole experience was wonderful. Pricing is very competitive (or better), the in-store service is great. The two young men who delivered were fantastic. The one fridge was a difficult delivery and setup and they never once made me feel like it was difficult for them. Very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make everything work out!

These guys are great. Very knowledgeable about their product lines. The delivery crew was fantastic. In and out in no time, and they were very careful about the appliance and our home. Forget the big-box stores. This is the place to shop!
