What wonderful service. Can't say enough good things. They have great service and are always helpful. Despite a devastating fire at the store, this has not changed. We had an item on order that had already been paid for. This week we were contacted by a staff member that our item was available for pick up at one of their other locations. Can't beat that kind of service.

This store has everything. Seems odd to recommend it for women's clothes and shoes but very good selection. Great selection of furniture and household items. Staff were helpful and friendly.

This has been a fantastic furniture buying experience. We had been in the store while passing through Goderich and were so impressed with Carolyn, and later Danica, that we just had to go back for a custom order. They helped us choose our fabrics, explained the ordering process and informed us of a current promotion that helped us save money. About 7 weeks later our beautiful furniture arrived and was handled expertly by their delivery crew. Professionals all the way. While my husband was handing a tip to the guys (who tried hard not to accept), they were handing handing him a thank you card from Danica and Carolyn for our order. We highly recommend and will tell all our friends!

Poor hours, very little customer service. I started going to a different HH, but ultimately decided to switch my business from them to the competitors next door.

I was actually questioned if I tested the amount of air from a leaf blower I was returning because I wasn’t satisfied. Then the employee said “ what were you expecting when you bought the cheapest one?” I don’t need attitude like that.

We have a cottage south of Goderich and have been shopping here for over 30 years. Last week I called the store to buy a replacement part for the BBQ and was told to come in and they would order the part. So today my husband went to the store and was embarrassed by the 2 older gentlemen at the service counter who told him our BBQ was like
a Bic lighter, so disposable. We are insulted by this and will never purchase anything from this store in the future.

Lovely store. Lots of furniture & decorating items besides normal hardware items. Best thing about this store is the staff. What a great bunch! Happy, helpful, and interested in looking after customers needs.

The lady in the paint department was super helpful in suggesting colors and paint to purchase. She definitely went over and above what is expected to assist. The store is clean and well organized.

Great little stop for exactly what the name states, Home items and Hardware items.

What really shines here are the helpful staff, very genuine and friendly.
The store is a bit small but that's pretty normal for small town Ontario.
