I needed a few changes to my wedding dress, and Brittany at Wattie Rd Bridal made it the dress of my dreams! Brittany added straps, took the dress in 4 inches, and made a new panel for the back. She also added a bustle and reattached the gem belt after alterations. Everything looked so perfect, and the dress fit way better than it did on my first fitting. Brittany is very talented and obviously cares about her work! She asks questions to make sure the dress is exactly how you want it. My mom’s dress for my wedding also needed alterations, and Brittany hemmed, shortened the straps, and added 1/4 sleeves for her. She was very happy with the results! We both loved how our dresses looked and fit on the wedding day, and we would recommend Brittany and her team at Wattie Rd Bridal to anyone looking for a custom wedding dress or alterations to wedding/prom dresses or suits! Brittany saved my wedding in October of 2024. It was the Tuesday before my wedding which was on the Saturday and I had just gotten my dress back from another seamstress and was in tears with the quality of the work. I called Wattie Bridal and Brittany very calmly told me to bring my dress in to have it looked at. When I brought my dress in she assured me they would do their best to have my dress re-altered in time for the wedding. I went in Friday morning to pick it up and it fit me like a glove! I can't recommend Brittany and her team enough! Take your dress to them for all your alteration needs! Also thank you so much again!

I can’t recommend Wattie rd bridal enough. I had the best experience having my gown altered. Originally, it was purchased at another shop in Toronto and was extremely big for me. Brittany was able to take the gown down about 8 sizes. It was the perfect fit. Working with her was so lovely and you can tell she is an amazing and talented seamstress. My gown was very intricate and difficult to alter and she truly did a magnificent job. Definitely a great experience and I had so many compliments on my gown. She truly worked her magic 🙂
