I bought a pair of shoes from this exemplary business. They have an awesome discount section in their upstairs that I got to browse in and I ended up buying a pair of shoes from their main store. The customer service was very good and they were very knowledgeable and helpful, I had to switch my sim card while I was there and they even helped me by lending me a paper clip. They were also very informative about their return policy and the best way to get a feel for the shoes.

I went in for a certain brand and model of sandal. They didnt carry the ones i wanted, but they were more than happy to special order the ones I wanted so that I could still support local small business. Very friendly staff

Very disappointed, this place was highly recommended to me by my sister. I was there with my niece, she was so badly treated. I sent a complaint and I am still waiting for it to be resolved. I am visiting from nz and would definitely not recommend this shop to anyone. It was such a pathetic issue, the sales lady was upset about having to put a belt back onto a cardboard, because my niece had tried it on. A week after going to the shop we saw the exact same belts on a ferry and they were lying on a shelf, we took one and placed it back onto the cardboard and it literally took us 30 seconds.

A great variety of cute and colourful clothing and goodies from outdoorsy brands. And the staff are really friendly too, while giving you space to comfortably browse around. It’s a really nice shopping experience. Check out their upstairs which is all discounted!

Love the staff, always understanding and they have never been pushy with me.
Great selection of hiking/backpacking/camping clothing and some accessorizing gear (backpacks, water bottles, etc)

I had the best help from a great sales team Lillian, especially and big thanks to Donna. I believe she's the store owner for my lifetime purchase of a Patagonia romper made with hemp. It is unbelievably comfortable in this 29° weather and I'm so thankful for my investment. Thank you ladies! It's hard to think of clothing as an investment, but really the sustainability factor and the environmental factor makes sense to purchase pieces that's worth it.
