So I’m from out of province and I noticed my GMC truck’s tires were a bit off. So I showed up like a lost tourist and asked if I can borrow there air hose. Well, immediately the receptionist points me towards a service bay door and with in 2 minutes, out of nowhere Scott (a technician) shows up with a tire air machine on wheels. He with a smile greets me and says he’ll take care of the issue. Just like that, I’m on my way, great service and friendly staff!

Nothing but great things to say about Welland Chevrolet GMC dealership! Jordan was nothing but helpful and kind throughout the whole process of our new terrain! My wife took her cadillac here for power steering issue was told $6500 to replace the steering rack so we took it to a different shop the issue was three $4 bolts had broken on the electric assist motor for the steering rack. Was told the recall was already done on the steering rack so they couldn't do anything that was a lie as the aluminum bolts that were apart of the recall were the ones that broke and still in the rack.we installed upgraded steel bolts problem fixed. Absolutely ddisgusting they tried to take advantage of my wife . We have bought many vehicles here but never again since new owners took over service is out the window.

I did not purchase my truck here, but I do get my truck serviced here. The service department is always pleasant and helpful. The ladies I talk to on the phone always have a good attitude and are willing to help. My truck is done on time and they stand behind their work.
