Mon père et moi recherchions du matériel pour construire une clôture en août. Il y avait une barrière de la langue, donc nous nous sentions désespérés. Heureusement, le bureau de service a appelé Kaden de la cour à bois, qui connaît le français. Il a été très utile pour nous aider à trouver et à obtenir tout ce dont nous avions besoin (béton après mélange, 4 X4, 1x6, 2x4, escabeau, vis,
etc). Il avait une très bonne attention aux détails, une écoute active et de grandes compétences en communication. Sans son aide, nous n'aurions pas pu construire notre clôture.

My dad and I were looking for material to build a fence in August. There was a language barrier so we felt hopeless. Luckily the service desk called Kaden from the lumber yard who happen to know French. He was very helpful with helping us find and get everything we needed (post mix concrete, 4 X4, 1x6, 2x4, step ladder, screws,
etc). He had very good attention to detail, active listening and great communication skills. If it wasn't for his help we wouldn't have been able to build our fence.

Visited Welland Rona on priway drive today as i was working in the area and in need of a table saw. Was made to feel very uncomfortable as i shopped. I was followed around the store and to the check out by an associate which stood and stared at me and my business partner it was quit enbarrasing. I purchased the saw anyway. But they will never see a dime of mine again. I was totally discussed with them. I should have requested store manager or owner but for lack of time just paid and left.

Boy oh boy, this was not a very good first impression with Rona

The checkout lady could not have been more rude and dismissive, and I'm the easiest person alive to serve lol

Just say hi. Be polite. Don't ignore me and talk to the other person on the other register and forget to put through my purchase or debit.... Like I don't ask for much honestly and your job's not that hard.

You really need to do better.

Poor customer service and critical thinking skills. Asked to return 8 unopened drawer handles at their lowest sale price in the past 12 months… in exchange for store credit toward the new RV kitchen we were looking to buy (counters, faucet, handles, shower panels). No receipt, but product is still commonly sold in stores. Manager denied because i said it had been 6 months… despite having only 1 in stock...classic. I’ll just lie next time to meet the arbitrary criteria since critical thinking is so hard to come by. we went shopping elsewhere.

Staff was awesome! Even though they didnt have what i need in stock i will still shop there as it is clean and staff is the best ❤️

Bought an item and can't find the receipt. Certainly that's our error. The staff on cash was wonderful. I waited 10 minutes for a manager to come after 4 overhead requests to be denied even a credit. I said I won't shop here again, that's poor customer service and she says well keep your receipt then as we are walking out the door.
Also, the item was discontinued and there was nothing that was on the shelf or receipt and they don't take it back. Be careful.

My review is for Sheri. She helped me figure the materials I needed for a deck project. Her high level of customer service was awesome and I truly appreciate her taking the time to guide me. She said she normally doesn't quote for decks but I was impressed by her willingness to help! I couldn't have done it without her. Great display of professionalism.Thank you Sheri!
