Welland Toyota was great! I was looking for a Tacoma - and before I arrived at Welland Toyota I was leaning towards a truck at another dealership. Overall pretty good group of people. First time buying a new car, I did not find them to be overly transparent about the process personally which was a little anxiety provoking.

I found the finance manager somewhat impersonal - I also asked him to email me the contract I was signing in advance and he didn't. They also set my payment date without asking me my preference so have been on hold with the lender for half an hour and counting trying to change it. Minor, but annoying nonetheless.
