I highly DO NOT recommend going to this repair shop ever. I can't tell which one I hated more- the admin having no customer service skills or the technicians messing up. If you hate delays, mess ups and poor customer service do not go here.

Week 1 - So I went there for an inspection report for my insurance on Friday and was told my rear pads and rotors needed to be replaced. I then asked for a quote and they said they will call me on Monday next week.

Week 2 - I got the quote by Wednesday and only because I called them & followed up since I'm not getting any update from them. I was told they will order the parts and should be delivered Tuesday next week. So I scheduled the installation by Wednesday.

Week 3 - I messaged them to confirm my appointment Tuesday night and I was told they would just update me since no parts have been delivered yet. Waited till Friday only to be told to just bring my car next Monday.

Week 4 - So I went there on Monday and left my car there for installation. When I went back to pick it up they told me they ordered the wrong parts so we need to reorder and reschedule on Wednesday. I asked if we could do it on Friday. They said yes. By Friday, they told me that they are short staffed so they told me to bring it on Monday

Week 5 - Finally the installation was completed Monday. I picked up my car around 5PM and went home (5 mins away from the shop). The following morning on my way to the office, I noticed something snapped. Just a few minutes after I left our parking lot. I noticed this rattling sound underneath the car and the handbrake looks sunken . So I told the shop regarding this and went back to their shop to have it checked the same day. And guess what? They wanted me to buy more parts and do repairs all over again. I only used it for no more than 10 mins and it already broke down after the repair. This is after they installed new parts for breaks and indicated on the report that my car is all clear and roadworthy.

So I just said no. I'm taking back my car and just find someone else who can get it done. I'll probably just file a complaint or report them. For now I just wanted to take my car somewhere else to have it fixed.

After scheduling in an alignment, we had to reschedule after already dropping the vehicle off once due to them getting “overwhelmed” that day which was fine, dropped the vehicle off on a Friday and they had the same issue only this time they held the vehicle over the weekend to complete the work on the Monday without notifying us which obviously ruined the weekend. I drive my vehicle daily on roads around fox creek and just replaced most of the front end due to the roughness of the roads, the mechanics weren’t installing these parts just aligning them after the fact, this is where the real trouble starts, the alignment is entirely off, my steering wheel is angled left, the vehicle pulls hard right and upon inspected I find the sway bar bolts are actually stripped out, after visiting the shop more than a few times to talk to someone about the issue while being forced to wear out my brand new wheels, front end parts etc. the only response the shop has is to assure me that Wendell will show up in the afternoon and I could come talk to him then, working a full schedule I obviously find it hard to get to the shop during the 3 hours Wendell is there, they assure me he will call and he doesn’t and it’s been weeks of chasing them now, not only this but the actually suggested I need a new driveshaft because the seals along tre 4x4 drivetrain were leaking, and the transfer case was overfull causing a howl in the bearing, fixed the issue and obviously kept the same driveshaft but seriously find this shops ability/competency questionable after this point, I will have to book in elsewhere before the negligence costs me

My vehicle had to be towed from just north of Fox Creek and Wessons is where it went. The tow truck driver was excellent, very friendly, courteous and even had a spare face mask for me to use on the ride to the shop. He waited while my ride came to get me and let me wait inside on the cold winter night. My vehicle was a total loss, before the insurance towed it away, they were able to get my license plate and some personal items out of the unit and held it in the office until I was able to make the trip back into Fox Creek to pick them up. Super friendly staff.

We had a nonemergency, but very annoying problem with my door alarm on a recent trip. Wesson's fit us in immediately, diagnosed the problem (could not fix it as we were just passing through) and cancelled the alarm. We were able to continue out trip alarm free. Charge was half of what I've paid at the dealership.

Went in for a new starter in the past and now for some engine work. The entire crew at the shop is knowledgeable and get things fixed as fast as possible. Every time I work in Fox creek something on my truck breaks and this is my go-to.

I was working in Fox Creek and the alternator crapped out, I called and made arrangements to drop off my truck on Tuesday morning (Monday was a holiday). When I dropped off my truck I said I didn't need it back until Saturday when I was scheduled to return home on days off.
I called on Wednesday and the lady confirmed that it was the alternator and the battery would need to be replaced. She was given the go ahead to repair my truck. I called back on Thursday to inquire to the status and was told the parts would be in either later on Thursday or Friday.
I called back on Friday and was told the parts came in and they were working on my truck.
I picked up my truck after hours from the parking lot with my spare set of keys. The check engine light came on when I started it, I shut off the truck and popped the hood. A wire harness was not plugged in on the plastic air intake assembly, so I plugged it in and checked everything else out. Everything seemed fine other than the check engine light stayed on.
Fast forward a week and the battery light came on again in my truck. I brought it to the mechanic in my home town and found out either the replacement alternator was defective or the wrong one was installed (it is currently putting out 100 amps rather than the specified 130 amps.
My mechanic called and asked where the alternator was purchased and he was told by Wesson's that it was purchased via Napa Auto Parts.
After talking to the local Napa dealer in my hometown, my mechanic was told if Wesson's would send him a copy of the invoice to prove the purchase then Napa would warranty the alternator here.
Subsequently when my mechanic called Wesson's back to request a copy of the sales invoice, they won't answer. I have tried calling and they won't answer either.
So now my truck sits at my local mechanic (on a Friday before the weekend) because Wessons won't answer their phone or return messages.
It's starting to look like they installed the wrong part, and now that I am 400km away, they are trying to hide from their mistake.

By far the best mechanics offering the best service anywhere close to Fox Creek, Valleyview, Little Smoky or Whitecourt AB. FULL STOP. Don't waste your time or money on others in the area. Quality workmanship and fair prices. 👌

Awesome at his job. Looks are delivering showed up in an old dusty chevy looking like a farmer and had my car unlocked in no time
