After reading other reviews, I decided to count the bottles I was dropping off after having a few years worth - they correctly paid 900/900 bottles and I'm happy that I can continue to use this bottle depot.

Not overly pleased with their service. Nice enough but I had sorted and counted all of my cans, 484 in total, plus I had another x-large bag of mixed empties. Got $49.80 for everything. Definitely got ripped off for at least $15-$20

Super helpful and very fast. Was even kind enough to dump a few of my bags for me after I came across a sack of spiders and got squirmish. Overall, great experience. Thank you
I should also add that I have not been shorted the last few times I have gone this year and do bring back a receipt to compare to my tally sheet at home.

They are not as good as everyone seems to make them out to be. Guy didn't punch in bottles once emptying the bin when it was full and argued with me about it when I watch because most bottle depots are sketchy. Then continued to not punch in the next container he counted because he got flustered when talking to the other crew about the situation. Will not be coming back as they are not professional!

I watched the guy there dump two garbage bins of my cans, and I didn't get paid for em .I asked him, but he played it off .i took a whole truck box of bottles, and boxes didn't even get 90$. now onoway I took the same and got 130$ back, and the same load of bottles, and they took a few I know I'm Not going to get ever bottle or can back in refund but to be called out for it and to play it off .give me a break !! won't be going back !!

I have never been ripped off at the Depot. I have always been greeted as soon as I come in the door - I may not be attended to right away, sometimes they are overpoweringly busy and I have to wait. No big deal. They have also been gracious enough to let me leave my bags and I come by a few hours later to collect. I open my own bags most time to ensure I get my bags back - I also don't mind this. During these times it is needed to go a little extra in order to keep everyone safe.

That's wrong↓

The recycling system where I get my deposit back when I buy drinks is great.

Usually I bring 100-150 pieces (cans, glass, plastic bottles) here.  I come to check the quantity in advance, but the cost I calculate here is always wrong.  I usually get a refund of 10-15 dollars, but I always got 1.5-2.5 dollars short of it.

Do I have to tip here too?

I've been here 4 or 5 times in the last 4 months and they're all wrong.  I don't want to go to Bottle Depot in another town.

I understand that 1-2% is wrong.  Because people(Human) do it.  But being 10-20% wrong is wrong.

Please improve. Thanks.
