I am so pleased with the service at Westlock Eye Centre. Their staff are so friendly and accommodating. I ordered glasses and called on my way to the airport to see if they were in. They put a rush on getting them finished up for me so that they were ready when I got there and was able to have them for my trip. That’s service !!!! This isn’t the first time they’ve gone out of their way to be accommodating and Dr. Collins is amazing! Would definitely recommend them!

Came to this clinic for the first time and was greeted on arrival by cheerful front staff. High tech equipment throughout the exam process, even got to see the inside of my eyes. Purchased a quality set of glasses at a fair price, warranties are great. Highly recommended!!

This clinic provided exceptional service. When my father needed new lenses for his glasses, the staff volunteered to drop by his home and pick up his glasses, fix his glasses and then return the glasses to him at his home. This service saved my family a trip from Edmonton during the week. My family is very happy with this great service and would recommend this eye clinic highly.

Boyfriend had got stabbed in the eye with an antenna. The front desk at this clinic was very unprofessional and deemed the eye injury as not important enough to be seen in a timely matter by the optometrist, and would have to wait for a possible opening with no guarantee. Travelled to Morinville to the Capital Vision Clinic and was seen immediately as an emergency. Would not recommend Westlock Eyecare Center the front desk personal do not seem the take eye injuries as priority, or any permanent eye damage or vision loss has important. Overall just very ignorant and unprofessional. Would have gave a negative star rating if had the option.

Eye Center refused to supply PD numbers with prescription, demanded $40. They only charge this if you chose not to buy glasses there. All other eye doctors include PD numbers in the prescription. Is clearly a cash grab. Hope the $40 was worth the 3 clients you lost, and the 2 star review.

In violation of the Canadian charter of rights and freedoms. I was informed by staff that a person with a valid mask exempt would still be forced to wear a fabric facemask or no entry no service. No exceptions. So a person with a valid handicap is refused entry and service because of a doctor granted mask exemption. Do not support this business if the choose to continue to violate human rights!

Excellent service to my 93 year old mom! Very accessible for a senior who is wheelchair dependent
