We’ve brought vehicles in a few times in for collision work and it was done in a decent amount of time. There was a vehicle that the collision work was falling apart after a year or so. Our insurance said the work is guaranteed and to bring it back - We brought it to westlock collision centers attention - he came out to look and take pictures.. he commented that they should of replaced parts instead of just using fillers etc.. anyways, he said they were busy and would get back to us when to bring it in to get it fixed
that was 7 months ago ( sept 2024) and we haven’t heard back from them yet.
It’s not right that when you get paid for the work - it’s in quick for repairs . but to fix your mistakes .. it’s on the back burner - hoping we’d forget?

I’d give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could. They did an amazing paintless dent repair on my vehicle and gave my truck back to me immaculately clean inside and out. Fantastic work. Highly recommend.

Westlock Motors Collission lacks quality. After attending the facility, they installed a fender flare that came loose, and then they kept the appearance allowance for the running board they refused to fix.
I do not recommend this autobody shop for the following reasons:
1. My running board is still cracked,
2. Fender flare came loose after they installed a new one.

My vehicle was brought to this place by default when I hit a deer on the highway near Westlock. They were excellent at keeping me updated through the whole process so when my insurance company wanted to bring my vehicle elsewhere, I requested that they keep it at Westlock Collision and I'm so glad I did. They went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was in better shape than before the accident. When we picked it up it was spotless inside and out. I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have body work done.

Hit a deer on the front passenger side of my 2009 RAV4 Limited AWD at the end of April and brought it here for repairs. Quote process was quick and they completely handled the insurance side of things for the quote approval and the rental vehicle.

Here’s where it gets sticky. Dropped my car off on Monday May 6th, was told by Ty that it would be finished the following Friday (May 10). The initial work was not completed until May 17th, and there was NO COMMUNICATION from anyone on the team to suggest that there was challenges with the repairs.

When I went to pick up my car, my headlights and signals were not working. After taking it back in to try and find the issue while I sat in the waiting area for 45 minutes, they kept my car over May long weekend for what turned out to be a blown fuse.

Pick it up again the following Tuesday (May 21st) all seemed fine. Then as I’m driving it back and forth to work, I notice that the new bumper that they put on it is starting to sag and the entire front end would move with slight pressure. Upon further inspection, the alignment of the bumper itself was totally off and only a handful of the clips/brackets had actually been clipped on, and there were various other small damages relating to the initial accident that they either didn’t notice or just didn’t bother repairing, including the hood latch being loose, the passenger headlight mounting still being bent, and the new bumper supports/mounts not being painted after they welded them on.

So I go back in, and end up talking to the Manager (Kim), who informs me that my car had been in a previous front-end accident prior to my ownership that I wasn’t aware of, and whoever did the repairs replaced the stock front end with one from what they thought was a 2007 RAV4 Sport. So they ordered parts according to the VIN number, then realized that they were different from the front end on the car, which is why the initial repairs took so long. He could not provide an answer as to why I was not contacted or updated AT ALL by his team throughout the entire process. He went on to say that because there was previous damage, the work they had done was the best that they could do. That’s all fine and dandy, except for the fact that before the deer hit, the bumper fit just fine regardless of the fact that it was the wrong bumper for the year/model of the car. So after fighting with him about this fact, he agreed to take it back in (June 4th) to get everything lined up properly and provided me with another rental free of charge.

Kim was very responsive and communicative during this second repair, even texting me from his personal cell number to keep me updated which I very much appreciated, however it definitely felt like he was only doing so in order to avoid poor publicity. They had the car for another week and a half, i picked it up on June 14th. This time they actually bolted the pieces of the bumper to the car to ensure a tight fit, which I was fine with. The alignment still isn’t all that great, however it’s a 15 year old car so I wasn’t expecting showroom quality or anything. It’s definitely better than it was, but there are still some spots that pop out of place occasionally from wind force on the highway, which tells me that they probably didn’t take the bumper off the car to adjust it, they just bolted it where it was so that it wouldn’t move. They did fix the bare bumper mounts and tightened the hood latch, and I asked them if they could source a new horn for it because I noticed prior the the deer hit that the low-end of my horn was missing, so they pulled one from a write-off they had in the yard for me and it works very well.

Was happy to finally get my car back, however I will not be giving them my business in the future due to a lack of communication and the need to argue with them in order for them to take responsibility for shoddy workmanship.

Took my 2007 chevy silverado there after an accident with my 5th wheel, truck box/tail gate was crushed. talked with terry about getting it all fixed and was good to talk to and understood everything that needed to be replaced box-liner, my fifth-wheel hitch ect. after having my truck for 3 three weeks the truck was mostly back together and the insurance company told be to drive it till the rest of the work was completed, when i picked up the truck the back-up senors did not work, the paint on the truck was very blotchy on one side and my fifth wheel hitch did not fit in the mounts, also the rock guarding they had sourced out did not match. after raising the issues to terry he said they would all be fixed before the truck was done for good threw a final inspection. the truck went back to get "fixed" and i was able to pick it up a week later. on arrival to get the truck i noticed that the rock guarding was still off and also later found out my hitch does not fit. so now im stuck with a truck with mis-matched rock guarding and a trailer hitch i can not use. Update: trying to fit my hitch today and found all the Hardwear to be loose/missing also bed shims used to prevent the high spots of the bed to not be crushed when tighting the rails down are missing.. I don't know who they had putting this together but I wouldn't have them fix me a sandwich let alone a tow hitch carrying upwards of 13,000 pounds. Very dangerous practices if I was an unsuspecting customer that just went and used there hitch again and not checked these things there could have been a serious accident or fatality. Please beware if your getting anything fixed at this location.

These guys are AMAZING!!! After being told by the dealership that I needed to replace my entire front bumper to get rid of some paint scuffs and a small dent and being quoted $3600.00 I went to Westlock Collision and was told they could buff it out no problem and I was charged a whole $36.00! I was in and out in less than a half hour and am more than thrilled with what they did. I will tell EVERYONE to go there!
