Went in with a central vacuum issue, fully expecting a new vacuum, large bill and/or a lengthy repair time. Doug was great in easing my mind, picked it up a couple of hours later and only cost $49.
Great to know there is a shop just around the corner for all my central vac needs, great customer service is a bonus!!

Bought our Miele vacuum here a while ago (love it). It recently had a little part break off and they repaired it same day in 5 minutes and cleaned my vacuum head for me no charge! Highly recommend this business!

I just bought a Miele at a great price with warranty. I have been on a journey with these suckers :Can Tire Dyson, LD’s Sharks, door salesman Electrolux and was on my way to HDepot when I remembered tucked away in Hatley Plaza was Westshore. There are lots of options but living in a condo I just needed it to be cordless, powerful preferably rechargeable lithium battery, quiet, lightweight, and that rolls easy to eliminate cat litter from laminate floors thoroughly . The clincher was the price and Doug willing to fix up my old one so I can sell privately; but I think I will donate… to a museum.

Doug provides excellent customer service - I just finished at Westshore Vacuums and was in and out in under 5 minutes with Doug doing a quick repair which kept our old vacuum running! Highly recommend!

Can't say enough about the OUTSTANDING integrity and customer service. I brought in a vacuum hose (from my in-house vacuum) that I was certain had a faulty switch on it. Doug did a quick examination and found that wasn't the case and gave me instruction to diagnose the issue on the unit at home - also giving me the piece of wire I needed in order to do it. Long story short, I was able to diagnose and fix the problem myself. Thank you Doug!

I have a cleaning company and wont buy my vacuums or vacuum supplies anywhere else. They’re honest and have great prices. Anytime I have an issue they fix it and I always leave feeling like I’m getting a great deal and great service. Definitely worth buying from here instead of Amazon or big box stores!
