I've been to many thrift stores, don't get me wrong its nice in there, the volunteers are pleasant. But they get this stuff "free" "used" it is too expensive! LIKE VALUE VILLAGE!! Serious though I understand they have to pay the rent but they DON'T have to Gouge for used stuff!!

Very friendly staff and a wide selection to choose from when it comes to formal clothing. If you tried the Salvation Army Thrift store and didn't find what you were looking for then I usually go and shop here as well when I'm looking for dress pants, dress shirts, blazers and the occasional suit if you're lucky, most of the time the few suits they have never fit so you have to go buy them brand new elsewhere. I recommend What's In Store if you're looking for a bargin.

The service was great! Plenty to choose from. I found a great backpack for 20 bucks and a nice shirt for 5.75, I would've probably bought more things but their change rooms don't have any doors? My guess is either covid or a stealing problem... the staff was really nice and they have good prices. I'd recommend. ☺️

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service at what’s in store. We dropped off some items, including important documents like my certification and face portraits, without realizing they were in the bag. When we returned to ask about them, we were met with complete indifference. For the first 15 minutes, we didn’t even get a response, and the staff seemed too lazy to care or help. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 6 years and always strived to go above and beyond for customers, this was beyond frustrating. If you’ve thrown my documents out, at least have the decency to inform me so I can have peace of mind that my government certification, with my face on it, isn’t in someone else’s hands. I will never return to this place, and I strongly advise others to reconsider doing business here. This is not how customers should be treated. I’m pretty sure when you’re going into the bag and taking things out one by one you would see it. It’s common sense

It is so great to have an excellent second hand store in Fort Mac! I am very impressed with the layout, cleanliness, item organization, selection, pricing, and (most importantly) the knowledgeable and friendly staff! I happily support this community based buisness!
