Of all the bridal studios I visited looking for my dress, White Willow was by far the best overall experience, both for myself and for my bridal party. From beginning to end, we were very well taken care of by Maxine, and she made every part of the appointment incredibly personal to our needs. As a bride, I felt very heard while also being pushed out of my comfort zone, and ultimately it was such an easy process to find my dress because of Maxine's attentiveness and expertise!

I highly recommend any bride who's struggling to find a dress that perfectly matches their taste to check out this studio! The freedom to customize almost any dress in store to fit your specific needs is a huge bonus, and the staff are second to none!

What a beautiful and intimate atmosphere White Willow has created. The boutique speaks for itself with minimalist decor and a wonderful display of bridal gowns. My stylist Jess was such a fantastic addition to my appointment. She was so kind and attentive to my personal preferences. She was so accommodating and was a huge help in deciding on my dress!
This was by far my favourite bridal boutique in Kelowna.

went with my mom who said yes to the dress! absolutely fabulous customer service, the girl was so nice and helpful! we weren’t originally planning on leaving with a dress but found the perfect one and couldn’t leave without it. such a cute store with wonderful one on one service! it really helped that she sat down and went through size, price range and potential designs with us to gather options to try on too.

What a beautiful, intimate, tasteful, simple yet absolutely stunning Bridal Boutique. If I could give this more stars I 10/10 would. Emily was fantastic, she listened to everything I wanted while also gracefully pushing me out of my comfort zone to ensure I was on the right track. My mom and my sister were with me, she listened to them as well but always made sure what I wanted came first. The entire appointment was more special than I could have ever asked for. It was my first time trying on dresses and I will be going back when the time comes to purchase THE dress. I could go on and on about White Willow Bridal Boutique. The moral of the story is, if you're thinking of making the appointment.... do it! It's 110% worth it.

Highly recommend this store! Emily was my stylist and she made it a very amazing experience, she is fantastic at her job! I appreciated that she did a walk through to show you all the dresses, which other shops don’t do. It’s nice to see all of the options, not just what they select. Emily is very professional, gave good advice, and wasn’t pushy, which me feel confident with my final decision. The location itself is beautiful, with great natural lighting.
