As the owner of a local business, I’ve shopped at this store every week often spending between $1,500 and $3,500 per visit to restock supplies. While the staff are usually excellent, my recent experience was so off-putting and upsetting that I’ve had to take my business elsewhere.

During my last visit, I had a full cart and two u-boats of inventory ready to purchase. Just before checking out, I asked to use the washroom something that has never been an issue at any other wholesale location across Ontario. I was told by staff it was employees only. I then asked the manager directly, explaining that I had recently undergone gastric surgery and that when I need to use the washroom, it’s urgent and non-negotiable. Despite this, I was again refused, without empathy or exception.

I was forced to leave my partner at the checkout with my credit card, drive to the nearest Tim Hortons, and just barely made it in time. The entire situation was not only physically distressing, but also incredibly humiliating and frustrating especially considering how much we’ve supported this store and how loyal we’ve been as a high-volume customer.

Thankfully, through my day-to-day work as a contractor with Loblaws, I was able to contact Brice Greene at the corporate level. I was assured that this would be brought to the store’s management team and addressed appropriately.

But the damage is done. I am disgusted by the lack of compassion and flexibility shown by both staff and management. Every other wholesale location I’ve dealt with from Hamilton, Waterloo and Niagara Falls to A1 Cash & Carry in Kitchener have always accommodated me without question. This store chose not to, and that speaks volumes.

I’ve found alternative suppliers and I cant see myself returning to this location. This is not how you treat customers or people in general. I understand it’s Brantford and there’s a massive drug/ homelessness problem but a key should be made available for actual customers. I will say the one manager there Amanda is incredible and I hope this doesn’t reflect poorly on her.

This wholesale club offers fair prices on a variety of products, making it a good option for those looking to save on bulk purchases. However, the store's housekeeping could use improvement, as aisles and shelves tend to be disorganized. Additionally, the staff service is slower than expected, which may lead to longer wait times during checkout. While the prices are competitive, the overall shopping experience could benefit from better cleanliness and more efficient service.

always friendly staff, prices aren't as great as they used to be. Some of these items are even cheaper in some of their retail stores.

Been coming to this location for a couple years now and everything has been great including the products and the customer service. However, unfortunately a couple weeks ago, I went in and the store manager, Amanda, was completely disrespectful. So this review is strictly about her. When we first went to the till, she called a man ugly on his way out, but I didn’t say anything as they may have known each other and were joking around. However, she came to help us and we told her our situation about one of the stores products and she started yelling inappropriately when no one else was. She then went to the back of the store near the freezer and yelled from across the store to the cashier and told her to not give us the discount for the product when it needed it. This is not customer service. If we were wrong, she could have told us nicely and we would have understood. After thinking about it, this act may have been racist as the man who left was a person of colour and so am I. The rest of the staff is amazing but this store manager, Amanda, was incredibly rude and disrespectful.

They have great deals on groceries. Building is pretty small and not the nicest looking however I have always found the staff very kind and helpful.

Staff here are awesome. Very friendly and always ready to help in any way they can. Some stock not available. Dissappointing when running a business to say the least. Prices are not really wholesale. Still some product in-stock issues. It's unfortunate they are allowed to use the word "wholesale" in their name, especially for us business owners 😕

I popped in here to pick up a couple of things. I am definitely going to be back.
The staff was more than friendly/helpful and they have some great deals! I saw 24s of pop for under $12. Definitely need to know your prices. Lots of good deals though.
