I got my phone screen replaced here a week ago because it was cracked, but clearly, they didn’t do the job right. I accidentally dropped my phone from less than 2 feet, and the entire screen just fell off! A properly installed screen should not come off that easily, so either they used cheap adhesive or didn’t install it correctly.

When I went back to see if they could fix it, they said I’d have to pay even more than I did the first time! At that point, I might as well just upgrade my phone instead of wasting more money here. Terrible service and a total waste of money—definitely not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable repair.

Don't go to this business or the one in welland they will go into your phone with out your knowledge and post reviews and who knows what else had put my phone in the wee land store and the guy named ank that I didn't know his name he went into my Google account and posted a review for niagara falls store which I told him I wouldn't do Becuase I did not get the work done then 5 days later google has told me that my review has gotten so many views which I did not post a review the guy named ank is not trustable should not have access to anyone info he should be removed from that type of position where he has access to other people's info and for reference I'm attaching a picture of the review he had posted under my name

Do not trust them, the man here tried scamming me by telling me my phone wasn’t fixable and tried selling me a phone from his store so he could make extra money. I took my phone to another shop and they fixed it for $60.

He also takes advantage of old people and rips them off!

I went here to get a cell phone screen fixed. Told him I needed it before Christmas so I can give it to my daughter as a gift. I went to pick it up the day before Christmas and the phone wasn't ready. He didn't call to let me know. Very disappointing and very unprofessional

He tried to sell me ONE screen protector for $25. Told him no and after negotiations he started putting it on. He wouldn't stop prying the side of it and trying to insert some sticker after he was finished. Got home and realized it's been cracked due to the prying. This is twice I've been here and it's been nothing but a pain. They up charge everything including their services. This place should be run by people who are actually capable of what they're doing.

I went to this store, told him it was my daughter birthday, he said he could fix it for 200$, when I went back to take it back it was smashed and then he wanted me to pay for the front camera and two sensors he broke, or took from my item, said it now costed 280. He’s a snake. I’d never go back to this place again. Only reason he’s open still, is cause he’s a thief. And cons his way. I want everyone to know my story only reason for 5 stars.

I do NOT recommend this place at all. They replaced my phone screen in September. At first they told me the screen replacement would take 2 hours and cost $175 and it ended up taking 3 days and costing $300. The time they had my phone and the price to repair it went up as soon as they took it apart. I was screwed. They couldn’t put the broken screen back on. I had no choice but to agree to the increase. Right off the bat when I got the phone back I noticed battery draining and brightness control issues with the screen. They said that was normal with screen replacements - I since learned that it is not. The screen they replaced it with then started malfunctioning on a regular basis - it’s called ghost touch - like someone is tapping the screen over and over again all the time - it’s extremely frustrating to deal with and happens multiple times a day. When I called about it, they told me my 2 weeks warranty was long past but I should bring my phone in and let them look at it again because it might have a virus they have to fix. That’s the cause of the ghost touch according to them - but no it’s not. It’s the cheap screen they replaced my screen with. They tried to scare me and say my banking might be stolen or my identity might be compromised. They seem like massive scammers. Ghost touch isn’t a sign of your phone being hacked. It’s the sign of a malfunctioning screen. I wish I just brought my phone to apple to begin with. Now I’m out $300 and have this awful malfunctioning screen with battery and brightness issues. Just take your screen to an actual apple repair place.
