This is a pretty neat shop! They have a wide variety of items. The front of the store has an apothecary vibe with plenty of natural, botanical products. Skin creams, soaps, deodorants and plenty more. I was there for the "Amazing Cream" which I have heard, well, amazing things about! Especially in terms of eczema. I didn't get a close look, but I also saw that they had product refills for shampoo and such.
The back of the shop has a "witchy" vibe, in the best way. Lots of books, more varieties of tarot decks than I knew existed, and a few novelty items. The day I was there, they had a woman offering tarot readings.
The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable about the products.
This is an awesome shop to visit, even if you aren't buying, but definitely buy something, it's great to support local small businesses!

I absolutely love this shop! The staff are welcoming and helpful. The shop holds many beautiful and cool things for sale. I’d definitely recommend…plan some extra time if possible as it’s easy to get lost in the wonder and magic of all the amazing products they have available.

It's the most amazing store in the shuswap. The staff is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and attractive. I can't say enough good things about this purely magical store!! I even got a tattoo there in the blue moon room which hosts different services throughout the month.

BEAUTIFUL shop! The energy when you walk in was both soothing, but also had a buzz of curiosity underneath it too. A perfect place to browse with items in a ton of different displays, both to buy and just look at. It felt like an apothecary and museum all in one. Lotions and skin care, tarot, stickers, classic and new books… Add in the helpful staff and you’re set!

Wonderful spot which some really interesting merchandise. I'm a newcomer to spending any time in Salmon Arm, and Wil Craft was one of my first stops in town, and what a first impression. The owners are really kind, have great taste, and obviously care a lot about what they are doing. As soon as you enter this space it will be clear they do. Definitely check this spot out!

Best place to visit in Salmon Arm! Owners and staff are enchanting. Something for everyone. Stationary and book nooks, loose leaf tea, jewelry, herbs, books, craft supplies as well as classes! While the store itself is fantastic and offers a wonderful environment, I feel it’s important to share a cautionary note regarding one of the tattoo artists renting space there. My one-star rating is specifically for the tattoo artist working at this location.

A Cautionary Note for Clients: My Experience with Serein Horn.

To Those Considering an Appointment with Serein Horn,

I’m sharing my recent experience with Serein Horn, who works out of this studio, to caution potential clients.

I had an appointment scheduled with her on August 31st in Salmon Arm, and I drove three and a half hours to be there with my husband and our two young children. To be fair, I had rescheduled twice before, and I sincerely apologized for that. However, on this occasion, I was fully committed to the appointment.

Unfortunately, Serein emailed me at 2 AM that morning, incorrectly stating that I had canceled. In reality, I had only inquired about her availability the day before and confirmed that we were still coming on **Sunday**. All she needed to do was let me know that Saturday wasn’t possible, and we would have kept our original plan.

When I clarified that I hadn’t canceled, Serein’s response was rude and dismissive. She refused to acknowledge her mistake, bluntly stating, "I can read," despite clear evidence that she had misread the message. I also have evidence of our conversation showing my attempts to clarify the situation. When I asked about a refund, she essentially told me, “Good luck trying to get it,” because of the two different entities involved, adding that they wouldn’t give my money back. There was no apology, and everything was placed on me as if it were my fault.

From my understanding, she was going through a hard time, and I’m very compassionate about that, but she still needs to be professional. I even tried to be understanding, telling her, "I’m a nice person; come and meet me. We’re here all day." But at that point, she ignored me entirely.

As someone who has been tattooed by many talented and professional artists, this was a disappointing and frustrating experience. I wanted to share this to ensure others are aware of the potential issues they might encounter when getting tattooed by her.

Wonderful store !! So much fun to browse and contemplate which direction to steer your interests into.
