Update ! See the actual bbq of the Brazilian strip loins ! They turned out AWESOME!
My first order came right in time ,prices were cheaper than Walmart for the lean ground beef , I got the Brazilian strip loin roasts that I will thaw and cut into steaks and bbq . I will update with my actual bbqing when I do them , but so far this whole experience is fantastic. I read about “the freezer burned meat” and all the reviews on here that said it wasn’t a good place to order. I see none of that on ANY piece of the order of hamburger or the striploin I got . Can’t wait to fire up the grill ! Oh and the special bags to keep the product frozen were great too , I kept them so I can reuse them if I want to send the kids back to their homes with either hot or cold food. Now that’s recycling ! So far so good pending the actual cooking and tasting I feel this place will be my go to for meat products in the future!

Very nice shop for shopping meat , fish and poultry.
Staff: very helpful staff and they explained in detail the origin of various meat and also provided very helpful insights on what’s available and what is missing.
Meat selection: very good meat selection with nice variety for cut and quality. They have both grass fed and non grass fed options with different products ranging from whole rack to minced meat. Also have some exotic meats like venison.

Poultry: also good selection including pasture raised and small Cornish hens

Fish: here is where it’s a bit underwhelming. They have your usual selection. But no whole fish, no crab, no wild Atlantic salmon ( have wild sockeye) . They do have some good scallops though.

Overall a nice place if you are planning a party and want some high quality ingredients

Ground beef was on sale and I was interested in trying this buisness. We made bacon cheeseburgers and they were moist and delicious. The staff was extremely helpful. This is a meat company stocking a huge selection of beef, pork, bison,boar, elk and more. All is frozen and well packaged. I ended up buying more than I thought I would when I saw the double smoked bacon and the elk. I'll be back.

Awesome selection, friendly staff, clean store, fair prices. I love shopping here they always have something interesting I haven't tried. I would recommend asking staff for their recommendations if you're unsure what to get they haven't steered me wrong in all of my visits!

The quality of the steaks at Wild Fork is outstanding. Far better to anything you’d find at a typical grocery store. I especially recommend the Short Ribs and the Yellowfin Tuna cubes. There’s always something new and interesting to try, and you can often find products marked down by 25–50%, which makes each visit even better. Always a treat shopping here!

Grand Opening Celebration 🎈
We attended Wild Fork's grand opening celebration and were thrilled with the cooked meat samples for tasting. The selection of meats at such reasonable prices immediately impressed us. We sampled three varieties and were hooked—we ended up purchasing a box of Prime Rib Burgers, a pack of Calabrese Pork Sausages, and a pack of Grilled Korean Barbecue Short Ribs. They were not only delicious but also of high quality and very affordable.
A week and a half later, we went back to the store to try their chicken wings 🍗. When we checked the freezer, we found something truly unique: three options for wings—mixed bags of tips, flats, and drumettes, along with separate bags of flats and drumettes. We opted for two mixed bags at just $10 each—try finding a deal like that at your local Sobeys!

I marinated the wings in my secret Portuguese dry rub and then cooked 👩‍🍳 them in the rotisserie basket on the barbecue. The wings were large with a lot of meat, and I could really taste the quality. Coming from the Maldives, where I grew up eating a variety of meats, I'm delighted with the diverse choices offered by Wild Fork. I'm also impressed with the service and the staff. Looking forward to cooking a Tomahawk steak next.

For those concerned about Brazilian beef or organic 🥩🌿 options, people worldwide are enjoying high-quality grass-fed meats from Brazil. I haven't found any evidence of grocery stores selling truly organic meats. Remember, if you plant a tomato in your backyard and add a quarter teaspoon of miracle growth, you can't call it organic. So, understand the definition of organic:

Organic Vegetables: Grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers, using natural methods to enhance soil fertility and control pests.
Organic Animals: Raised without synthetic hormones or antibiotics, provided with organic feed and given access to the outdoors.

I think Wild Fork provides a variety of quality meats that cater to diverse tastes, ensuring a satisfying experience for all meat lovers.
