I used to do almost all my own work, oil changes, pulleys, adp, tranny pan, you name it. Then I got oldish and i lose all feeling in my hands at temps +10°C and colder. Lately, my 2014 Jeep Wrangler has needed help every winter..and still a few more things.
I've used other shops around town, being born an raised here, but I don't and wouldn't anymore. These guys are fair. They honor their work. And they don't try to bs me.
They have a good grip, knowledge on Wranglers. I'm sure more vehicles as well, but I can only speak about my Jeep. I don't trust many with my Willys. I trust these guys. They've been around for years, it's a family passed down, father to son shop and they do it right. There's a damn good reason they've been in business for many years!

Well they seemed like a good mom and pop type business!
But I took my diesel to them saying my fuel rail psi is low.
They said it was in the brain or CPU of the truck and it could be fixed by changing the computer code.
And to do that I had to delete the DPF system.
It not my line of work- they said it would fix it - I said ok!
So $3000.00 later I get my truck back.
I hook up to my RV trailer and head home in BC.
I first off notice no more power ( which they said would be much better.) and a1/3rd of the way home my engine light comes back on on the dash.
The ObD code reader says the same thing as I started with. Low fuel psi.
So they didn’t fix the truck , didn’t up the power! And it cost me $3000.00 buck.
So I hope before you go to them for your issue you get a second opinion!

Driving through to BC and the truck started vibrating badly. Pulled off at a rest stop. Called a couple of places, which turned out to be heavy duty shops. One of the shops said to call Wildens, as that is where they take their service trucks. Called Weldens, they said if I am able to get the truck them the following morning they could at least look at it. Arranged a tow, for both my truck and travel trailer. Got there about 9:30. Dropped off the keys, then had the trailer dropped at the Lions campground, which has great people running it BTW. Got a call that afternoon at 4:30 saying the injector had been replaced and I could pick it up. They came by, picked me up, and I was back at the campsite by 5:30 with my truck. What a great experience!!! The cost of the repair was less than other places I had asked for estimates for that work,

Had diagnostic done on November 2nd for lack of heat. Heater core needed to be replaced and would take two business days to get. I finally called on November 14 and was told they didn't get it until 5 business days later and Friday was a holiday and so it was just getting up on the hoist. Informed them it needed to be done asap as we were moving. Was told "ok should be done by end of today or early tomorrow". Called on the 16th "oh they are just getting the dash on, will be done FIRST THING tomorrow" Called at 1130am today, "oh we are just doing the final test drive, it will be ready at 1pm" Pick it up and nothing. No apology just busy getting the bill together and telling me the cost. I said you see I am upset right? You have had it since Nov 2nd "Yes, we just had to rebook it in it takes 6 hours to do." My response, then call me and inform me. Again there were just excuses as if I should state "oh that is ok that you had my car for 14days for 6hr job". I seem to have the wrong last name or have not lived in this town long enough to get reasonable service as all the reviews state that my experience is not the norm.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and speedy service. Excellent staff as well, they also have awesome pricing compared to competitors. I have used all the repair shops in this town and I couldn’t be happier that I now bring all of my business to Wildens! I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone. If you use a competitor; make the switch today. You won’t regret it!

I called mid morning about my air conditioner needing a top up. They said to bring it in at 3:30.
I arrived and my vehicle went straight in and in no time I had an update that the reservoir was full but they needed to replace the filter. $104.00 later my air conditioner was working like it use to.

Kept losing axle seals on my car, had it trough 2 shops that would just replace the seal and tell me it’s was fine. Finally had one quote me a whole new rear end that wasn’t really worth the price. Called Wildens and they gave me a couple more affordable options for the repair, so I booked it in right away. They’re real busy, and it’s for good reason. Quite satisfied with the service.
