Wildwood is my favourite place to buy flowers! Whenever I call to order flowers for either personal or work, they are incredibly professional and take note of what I am looking for in every arrangement. I love being able to go into the shop and see the flowers as well! The option to just provide a budget and have them create magic is so convenient! I know so much thought and care goes into each arrangement and I could not recommend them more.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service - Ellen was SO kind and helpful to me as I planned my wedding flowers, and went so above and beyond to explain the process, design based on what I wanted (even though I had no idea what I wanted!), fit my budget, and just everything you could want. Ellen and her team are floral magicians! I used her for all my wedding flowers, from the bridal bouquets, to flower crowns, to the center pieces and boy did she DELIVER! She took what I would say was a pretty vague idea from a greenery-challenged bride and built me a fantasy floral arrangement at every turn. Everything was so very beyond my expectations!

As an extra point in their favour: my wedding planner, who has been in this business a while, said these were the best flowers arrangements she had ever seen!

I had peonies!! Bright coral pink peonies, that perfectly matched my colour scheme and DIDN"T break the bank!
Wildwood is entirely affordable, and Ellen works with you through the whole process to give you amazing quality flowers!
She incorporated the charms I had for the bridal bouquets wonderfully. And my flower girls were OBSESSED with the delicate flower crowns she built them!

As a side note: she and her team are also extremely kind! I am not from Salmon Arm, but was getting married there. She took the time to fill out a map with some must see spots, and gave us some amazing advice on places to see (The petting zoo was a big hit with my nieces and nephews!) and places to eat! She really went above and beyond!!!!!

Outstanding service and amazing quality! I live in the lower mainland and my mum lives in Salmon Arm, so I sometimes have to rely on flower delivery for certain occasions when we aren't celebrating together. On three past occasions, either birthdays or Mother's day, other florists in town have either delivered flowers on the wrong date, or not delivered the flowers at all. I called Wildwood, explained my past experiences, and they were so helpful. They created a bouquet for my mum for Mother's day that was so beautiful and it was delivered on the right day, even though I waited until the last minute to plan. I highly recommend Wildwood to anyone looking for flowers for any occasion!

Bought some flowers here over the phone and these were to be delivered locally that day ( Friday ). Flowers never made it and I was disappointed as it was for my wife's b-day. Next day I called and a very nice lady assured me this will be corrected and with much appreciation, an hour later, my wife was greeted with 2 bouquet of flowers instead of just one which I ordered.
