We Brought our dodge in with a cylinder 4 misfire and not command starting. It was in their lot for almost 2 weeks during the really cold weather, it was also on high priority! I was told they weren’t able to get the code to come up. It feels like they barely looked at it. They didn’t charge me for the 2 weeks our truck sat in their lot but I was not pleased that when I got the truck back it didn’t take me long to get it to code again. Now I’m worried that it will take another 2 weeks for them to tell me they can’t find anything
 again. I’m bringing my truck back in tomorrow with the hope that they will get it looked properly and fix accordingly in a reasonable time. I’m not a mechanic but I AM mechanically inclined. I didn’t appreciate my 2 weeks time being wasted not having a reliable vehicle.

Update! They changed the spark plugs. Costed me 1300$ We had the truck for one day and it went into limp mode and coding again! It’s now going back for a 3rd time and it’s worse off than before we brought it. I’m not impressed! If I could give negative stars I would!!! If they can still not fix this problem i will not be taking my vehicle back here! I’ve given them more than enough chances and now I’m angry! Customer service Andrew is very nice but the mechanics have no clue what they are doing. This has put me in a financially stressful situation and I would not recommend taking your vehicle here to be worked on.

Another update! Head gasket blown! They didn’t see this before and the spark plugs should have been covered under the warranty for the head gasket. They also did not do an oil change! My power steering is now not working. I’m Beyond unimpressed with this service!!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jennifer, not only was she easy to deal with she got me the financing for the truck I wanted. Actually calling me back and keeping me updated with the progress. Overall I was very satisfied with the whole process. Update
After only having the vehicle for a month and less than 2000km the check engine light came on, upon speaking to them about it I was told basically nothing they could do for me. After spending almost 70,000 on a vehicle you would think there would be some kind of coverage on there part. Especially considering the owner before me was someone well known in the sporting world
Update... after speaking with the salesperson instead of their service department all will be taken care of. Again I would like to thank Jennifer for all her hard work.

We got our vehicle from Sherry at this location, and she was so wonderful to do business with! She gave us such a great deal on our new Jeep. She was a very honest and genuine person . Not pushy at all, like most sales people at car dealerships!! She went out of her way to be accommodate our family. Customer service was beyond 5 star!!!
