It was very nice dealing with Doug and we were able to purchase the new truck on Friday and picked up the new truck the following Wednesday. I didn’t buy my vehicle at this dealership but most of my service has been done here. Mike one of the service reps really looks after you. This dealership is one of the few bigger dealers that still has that family hometown feel about it. Highly recommend them and would not go anywhere else

I have always had great service in both sales and in servicing my vehicles at Williamson. During my most recent seasonal change-over of tires and regular maintenance, it was discovered that I needed brake work done. My car was a bit temperamental, rejecting a few sets of calipers and finally needing the master cylinder replaced. The service team went above and beyond in getting me great pricing, and exceptional service when needing to keep my car longer than anticipated. Matt was so helpful and really did ensure that I was taken care of as a customer. I would highly recommend Williamson!

Watch out when buying a car from this GM dealer. We finalized all paperwork and signing. Gave our $5000 down payment for my 25 Hummer EV. After everything was done, they made us pay another $350 bcz they didn’t notice a scratch on our trade-in vehicle. Didn’t find this very professional and when we tried to negotiate a bit on this price (bcz it wasn’t even my fault, they didn’t see the scratch in the first place) they said you can go back with your old car and handed me the keys in my hand. Would rather go elsewhere!

I want to start by expressing my gratitude for getting us in quickly to have our car looked at. Your team was accommodating, and I appreciate the effort to get the vehicle in for a diagnosis.

However, I was disappointed to find that the check engine light came back on less than 24 hours after picking up the vehicle. After calling OnStar for a diagnostic report, we learned that the likely issue is the O2 sensor. We spent $260 on diagnostics, but unfortunately, no repair was made. This feels excessive, especially considering we’re now faced with taking the vehicle to another mechanic for further diagnostics and repairs.

I can’t help but feel that this could have been addressed when the car was originally brought in, and now we are looking at additional costs that could have been avoided. I hope this feedback can help improve future customer experiences.

Seems to be a GM canada policy? If no one working in the dealer no charging allowed? Same as Newroads in Newmarket

Things are getting worse for EV drivers at point of purchase. DC fast is for dealer use only and 10kw for pay per use? Not very encouraging in a town with no public DC fast chargers available except at the dealership.
