I was greeted really nice with a hello into the store. I walked over to the shoes. I proceeded to look at a couple of shoes I wanted to try on. Looking around for staff, I saw one walk past me without checking on me and said hello loud enough for the people up front to hear me a couple of times. I ended up waiting about 5 minutes and left the store. I actually found a pair of shoes I was going to buy, but no help.

I've had my old bike serviced a couple of times at Winner's Way, and Danny has always provided great service and info as to what was required for my bike. I recently called the shop to find out if they had a particular Norco bike in stock for my wife, which they did, and Danny placed it on hold for the day. With the pandemic, bikes have become a very hot commodity so this gave us some time to come in and check the bike out prior to purchase. Danny went over the bike to ensure everything was in working order and he also installed a stem riser for the handlebars. Tony and Laura provided great customer service as well. Upon picking up the bike, I realized that it wasn't going to be as easy to secure to our platform bike rack because of the frame style of this particular Norco bike, but again Danny was able to help out with this. He even applied a small piece of 3M tape to ensure that the paint isn't damaged on the frame of the bike during transport.

Winner's Way Source for Sports is an amazing community sporting goods store and we'll continue to recommend and support them in the future.

I got a flat tire in my bike while riding into town. Jake fixed it right up, taught me how to do it incase it happened on the side of the road, and everyone was very friendly! Would highly recommend

My service was horrible the lady sounded very rude when I asked for football gear and when I was being more specific about girdles she loudly said no we no don't and hung up the phone

10/10!! Every time we have been in this store, the customer service is outstanding.
Today we went in twice for hockey skates, some for my husband, some for my son. We had Tony helping us, who was patient, full of knowledge and honest. He didn’t pressure us into buying anything, just wanted to help!

Mike has gone above and beyond to ensure we are taken care of, every time we walk thru the doors. When we first arrived in AB, he was the only one in the Edmonton area who put my son in the correct skate for his feet. Skates, hockey gear, bikes...impeccable service. So glad we found this place;) Today, had Mike install marsblades on hockey boots.

I recently lost my coffee mug, rather, I left it behind and it was gone when I went back to grab it. I knew from a previous expolritory visit while at a neighboring business, that this was a YETI dealer. I do like nice things and will spend a bit more to buy it once rather than less and more often.
A went in and started exploring the vast shelves of YETI bugs trying to find "the perfect configuration", the staff asked if I needed any help at first (I always decline) and then the lady offered some answers to questions and eventually led me to as close to what I was looking for as was available. She then offered me a couple of items on clearance due to missed engraving. Bonus!
What's the point? These locally owned shops are ran by people who genuinly care. They know that helping you find the 'perfect" solution benefits both sides and they know their product.
Besides, how else do you know what a 20 ounce looks like vs a 32 ounce? Lid configurations? What leaks, what doesn't and can it be multi-functional?!?
